Yes I do agree with you ICO will continue to produce till the end because this is a new innovation for scammers to scam in the internet. And also a cheap advertising where you don't have to spend a single dime to advertise your ICO project.

Sooner the market start to recover and cross a good amount like 7-8k new coins will start floating back in the market and ICO will be back again . I think as long as we have ICOs bounties stay with us , May be when it turned to STOs we don't have them any more , still some of the websites like Chipmixer or Bitdice would continue their bounty program because they are independent from ICOs .

Yes, we don't know how long Bounties will continue but in future, they will come up with different solutions for bounty. As long as the ICO continues we can expect a bounty campaign will run but they need to allocate some less % of funds but they need to submit to concerned governments.
