In life, sometimes we experience stress. We must know how to reduce it. To me, when I stress, I will go somewhere. I will go to the fresh air, listen to light music. I also play sports when stressed

Well dude is simple just Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol, and Nicotine, make sure your Physically Active, Get More Sleep, Talk to Someone and just try to relax more by using Relaxation Techniques

Make your self-busy to deal with stress like playing your favourite sports, watching a movie with your friends.
Take a walk in a beautiful park with your family.

I really have a problem with this right now. I can't sleep well and sometimes I felt too ill. My head is heavy or I would sometimes experienced fainting. Hope this will be gone forever.

Stop for a moment. Have a deep breath. Relax your mind for an hour. Do things that will make you relax more such as reading your favorite book, playing games or eating at your favorite restaurant. Be optimistic and never give up on your life.

how to cope with the stress everyone is different. if I stress, I encourage children me and my wife to run on the Beach while watching waves a beautiful sea. play with wife and my kids on the Beach can relieve stress. all the power of business thought really forgotten.
