I think the best way is that I should do which I need to do, and don't mind about risky or difficult anymore. I will pass out stress and complete my job.

When I get stressed out , I sleep. It help me to forget my problem and calm down. When I wake up, my brain is fresh

Stop thinking and have a sound sleep and have things which you love most like chocolates if your taste is sweet and something sour and spicy if your taste is like that.... try to listen some peaceful songs....

In order for us to deal with stress, we should do what makes us most happy, focusing on the good side and turning every negative situation into positive one. We should also find a peaceful place to unwind, to avoid the toxic vibe of your environment.

if my opinion to cope with stress is with a road car and also a picnic to the beach so that our brains are more fres, emang if more stes our lives so uncertain.

Beside, if you are stil in school, come on kid. you have nothing stress compare to our jobs and families and so on.

Find yourself a sport, active group for hang out, something like that. will help for sure

Get enough of sleep. Adults need at-least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Follow regular sleeping habits. Do yoga alone or in a group setting to help you learn new poses. Practice deep relaxation by doing progressive muscle relaxation. Try to do things you love when you are stressed out. Listen to calm and soft music with no vocals might help.

You can go to the cinema with your loved one or play video games in the house. You can also take days off your normal duties and go for sightseeing

do the positive thing you like and try the story with your closest friend the problem you are facing with you tell the story you will feel more burden your mind slightly less. with you telling maybe you will get solution from friend.

I don't handle stress too well. What I try to do is listen to music and have good sleep. I try oversimplify the problems I have. When I do this, everything seems simpler and it doesn't seem such a big problem anymore.
