Find something to motivate you for the future. Know new places and new people. If possible, go to different places of the world frequently.

Don't deal with it some stress are healthy according to some studies.
But if its occurring like daily basis you better consult a physician

You don't have to deal with stress. Make the stress get out of your life. Manage your work loads so that you will not cram and always be responsible for all your acts. Discipline yourself and be passionate on what you're doing so that whatever comes your way, you see it as a challenge and you know how to deal with it.

tips to relieve stress from me for you who have problems with the job as well personal or family matter with vacations. because the holiday is able to eliminate the burden in our minds.

I think try to find a new atmosphere to be able to forget the problem you are experiencing. and never again to do a habit that will make you remember the problem.

Do something you enjoy doing, which doesn't cause you too think about the other problems. Gaming, hiking etc. Stress can be a good thing and is unavoidable.

Stressors are totally normal and if you don't get stressed, it means that you are probably not. lol Anyway, just be sure that your stress doesn't ruin another person's good day.

dont be afraid to be stressed and it ll go Smiley
But some dont know how to deal with it  results to a health problem in them. Stress if not taken care of well is dangerous. But some gets stressed for no valid reasons. Some worry too much over things and instances not too important and it makes them too stress and even tend to forget to eat and it will not give them sleep and they become restless. Than ilness will start. Real health problem will start. Complications on other matters will start. They become unfocus and forgetful.

The very first thing to do, to deal with stress is to control your feelings through cooling down your mind. a simple happy thought can help a big time, think of something that can trigger your happiness, you can also find one trusted friend of yours or a very close one in which you can tell them all the rants/emotions/feelings you are attached to, through this you can now feel safe and feel loved and all the negative emotions will be lessen

according to many ways to get rid of stress and very easy. if my personal experience of worship to god is the most powerful way to relieve stress.
