Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
You should play sports , it will help you reduce stress . When you are stress out, you need to indentify what cause you tension

You should think positively , that will help you a lot for your life . If you are stress , you should listen to a song or do something that you like

Avoid people who stress you out. If someone consistently causes stress in your life, limit the amount of time you spend with that person, or end the relationship.

First of all start accepting the fact and stop living in denial. If required restart your life from zero.

Most importantly, don't battle stress alone,  ask for help from a friend and, if necessary, a professional.

Take a rest immediately don't spend a lot time for bitcoin, always be positive and don't be aware on everything just be relax and make yourself comfortable as always  Smiley

A lot of psysical activity will make you tired enough to have a good sleep. If you cannot avoid stress, you can at least reduce the damage.

I keep my emotional in check, when I get stress I go out have some outdoor activities or if stay home, I take a nap it helps me

Watch comedy show, listen to healing music, held massage, sleep a lot. Also chatting with friends, drink some beer help me release my stress.

It is important for us to get relax our mind and body, this is one way of fighting against stress. Hanging out with people with positive mind and talking to them everyday will help you to defeat the stress. Having a positive people around you will give you a peaceful mind .

Stress is caused by resistance to thoughts. Do not live in past or future. Live in the present moment. Never identify yourself with the 'thinker' (mental dialogue). Never resist to thoughts and just be an observer. If you identify the thoughts as you, then you are unconscious and leads to all kinds of sufferings. Best way to be present is to observe the emotions and the environment around you. If you find mismatch in thoughts and emotions, thought is illusion and emotions display your true issues etc. Live the life with positivity and experience the happiness now, not future event or past.
