Last Month i suffered Bell Palsy my doctor said that one of the causes is stress he advices me to not to overthink too much cause it causes the nerve inflamed.Thats why i changes my daily routine to a healthier one i do exercise,watch a funny movie and give more time to my family.

When I'm stressed out, I often stay away from the problem that makes me nervous , then I'll listen to a song or do something that I like.

a little stress is not a bad thing, it motivates u to focus better but too much of it is not good , i'd take deep breathes for 5 mins and go some where open to take fresh air , it helps a little  Wink

Watching a comedy movie will help you deal with it much. It will gone at the end of the movie.

My own "therapy" is a concert. I can feel fully restarted after every event like this. The vibes that reign there are awesome. All the negative is left behind and there is the immense inspiration.
Me, concert in our bathroom it is my stress reliever.

meditation is a strong weapon to fight stress. Also doing things you enjoy doing like gaming ,hiking, watching movies and other things  also prevents the mind from anxiety.

As for me, the easiest way to deal with stress is to buy something nice. It might be chocolate or cookies, but when I fell that the stress is too big to deal with it easily, I buy some bathroom stuff, which smells good, and spend whole evening laying in water and reading book.
