Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
People live must have experienced a problem that can cause stress. If I was stressed usually I would go out and gather with my friends to try to forget for a moment the problem I was facing. In addition I also pray to God to ask for a way out the best thing for the problem I am facing. And sometimes I also cry to release my emotions.

you can also try watching some funny shows like The big bang theory, how I met your mother, south park...

Exercise and playing games.

Go outside the house and have some time be alone with nature.
Jogging is a good way to relieve stress also.

by looking for busyness or a hobby that makes us forget things that create stress or other ways by getting closer to God because according to which I know many people who stress run away from god and choose to end life with suicide.

Stress can be a good thing and is unavoidable.
Do something you enjoy doing. travel some random places, meeting new people...

If I get stressed then I will relax a little while drinking tea. But if I have money I will go on holiday.

I recently discovered that going to different places to breathe and relax helps in stress. I've always thought that using smart phones would help in stress but it just adds to my stress. Like if ever I want to relieve my stress then I read some romantic novels which has its own problems and such, it stressed my mind even more, especially when the story turns out to be a tragic one. On that point on wards, my mood is already ruined.

Find your comfort zones or go back to your hobbies, visit your families and friends and pretty much anything that you can gain satisfaction and happiness.

sports, better treatment against stress, nervousness etc... better than all breathing exercises etc....

I think gym should be a habit not just a method to solve the stress problems.

For me alcohol is worst thing ever for stress .. I just hate to have a hangover so I do not get drunk Cheesy Smiley
