Take some time to relax. Play some games or hang out with friends, maybe a bottle of beer will also do. Stress is more of a psychological thing you just need to meditate and find solutions to your problems. I know it might be hard but you can do it! Stay positive.

Also getting laid is a very good stress reliever...
Getting laid only is easily when you're handsome only, it's not easy for ugly guys like us.

Whenever I'm stressed, I just try listening to songs even to instrumental music just to soothe my feelings and my mind.

First step to relieve stress is get enough sleep. Don't underestimate power naps. Take 20-30 minutes nap whenever you have time before doing anything strenuous. Naps will help you have a clear mind. Treat yourself with things that makes you happy so you wont feel too exhausted. Commit yourself to a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious food and exercising regularly.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
Stay away from people or things that brings up stress in you..

how to deal with stress? on my own experience and how i handle my stress in my life i just think the good and positive things in my past. i advice that always think positively and don't think to mush about the problem that making stressed in life. Think for the solution for the problem to fix it and less stress. This is only my opinion and my way of handling my stress its up to you if you want to try my way handling problems and stress. stay happy stay positive and keep the love end peace.

To deal with stress you have to look for some hobbies, mine like many brazilians and play soccer. I also like reading for a few minutes every day, it calms me down and always transports me to a secondary world.

When I am stressed..I do something that I didn't do before...
something that I think would benefit me positively at the same time it
will make me forget the things that made me
stressed like doing any kind of sports, strolling the mall etc.
It depends on your interest.
