One important thing about stress is you need to see it as good for your body. If you think stress is bad it literally takes years away from your life.

Look up some meditation techniques. They exist to calm your mind from anxiety.

Do something you enjoy doing, which doesn't cause you too think about the other problems. Gaming, hiking etc. Stress can be a good thing and is unavoidable.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
