not necessarily everyone knows about bitcoin therefore we have to explain it in detail from start to finish even though it is hard but we have to be patient until they understand.
Well obviously, explaining it to children will be hard since they do not care about those things yet. But there are ways. The thing is, it'll take a lot of time and patience. But it is bearable. Specially when those children you are talking about are your sons and daughters or brothers and sisters. Or maybe just close friends or relatives.
First, you have to tell them what the so-called blockchain is, and then start with the history of bitcoin. That way they can have a preliminary concept about bitcoin.
Think that now children can get this information in internet very easy. And they can use internet better then their parents becasue they were born in this period
Mine picked up Ethereum and the idea of crypto in general really fast once they realized there were cryptokitties to buy

I agree about the concept to explain bitcoin to teenagers and children. The next era will be their time to control the era by their knowledge. I agree with the fact that it is really difficult to explain to teenagers or children as it is difficult to explain it too even with adults
In my opinion, we don't have to explain it to children YET. They are not yet in the right age to know about it as most often their minds focuses only on toys or what games they will play. Although they want to buy everything in this world and would want to have more money, Bitcoin may seem a boring topic for them. This also goes to most teenagers as their focus are always about school, friends, crushes and so on. There are a few kids with exemption though and doesn't think the same as the other children so I guess observe first if a teenager or a kid has interest regarding digital currency first before trying to explain it to them.

So to explain BTC in children, first you need to teach them the basic words that they might encounter when they enter the world of bitcoin. Next explain to them how the bitcoin must be manage by each and everyone, let them know the rules and regulations so that they are aware on what they might do. Maybe it is difficult to explain bitcoin to a grown up. But if anybody, it is children and teenagers who have virtually NO problem with grasping the idea and even elaborating on it to a great extent. Didn't you notice that children are much more technically advanced than grown-ups?

Bitcoin is not going to be a super globally recognized currency anytime soon though. So, at least for the near future, it is completely upon yourself to decide whether you want to pursue it. However, you want to explain BTC to teenagers, you could just first give them an introduction about the blockchain, peer-to-peer, decentralized structure, and make them watch some YouTube vids and reads some articles, they should be good to go.

They are very intelligent entities and understand everything about the computing environment very well. It is very difficult to tell about Bitcoin to the old than children and teens.
That would be easy but not all kids are really interested with bitcoin, even those people who are old enough most of them are still not interested with bitcoin, I think we should evaluate their interest and capacity first before we will start educating them, it's necessary to ensure our effort will be appreciated and we will be able to help them fully understand bitcoin because they will venture on it.

It is really hard to explain, there are some terminologies that are hard to get. So you tell them to read and research how bitcoin works because telling it directly to them is such complicated thing.

If youre going to teach bitcoin to teenagers or children, probably you will have a hard time discussing it to them because the idea of bitcoin is very complicated and hard to understand and thats why they will not pay attention or listen to what you are saying. The idea of bitcoin is not for them. All they think is to have fun and enjoy life at their age. They dont want to spend their time in some complicated things like working on bitcoin because in their age, life must be enjoyed. Maybe they can only learn and get the idea of bitcoin but they will not act or work on it.
Teenages, as young as they were, should be informed already about bitcoin, after all, they will be the ones who will use this in the future. Explaining to them I think is just simple, start by explaining the current paper money system and how we can improve it by getting digital money, I think they will like the concept because they like anything online.

Bitcoin is really hard to explain especially on those people are still not knowledgeable what bitcoin is. If it is hard to explain to those peope whi are in the eight age it is also hard to explain to rhose childrean because they do mo have enough understand ro apply avoit bitcoin.
