As a former bodybuilder and athlete I have some things to say.

You can't out run a fork, period.

You deserve nothing, you ben a good person you can have "x" it won't hurt. It will. Stop.

Allot of things labeled as healthy are not, especially if it comes out of a box or container.

Your workout probably suck. Showing up and going through the motions is nothing but a participation trophy. I see people in the gym for years make zero progress.

If progress escaped you, you need a trainer/dietician and a food scale. Period.

There are some supplements that can help an already good routine, but they can't do it for you.

If you are leaving the gym not covered in sweet and fail to remember where you parked, your not working hard enough.

Yeah!! U say right brother but we should do exercise in the morning and also we need to eat healthily for making body and avoid fast food like
Pizza, Burgers, and other fast food, and if u want Six Pack so u should need to avoid fast food.

You should consider try alternative exercises that are gentler on the body, especially swimming. imo best sport

There any many scientific ways to loss weight but emotional ways are better I think. Dieting or eating less surely help to loss weight but even then you will still get hungry or have appetite.

By emotional ways I meant when you are fat you here a lot of shameful talks about your body figure. I used to here a lot. A lot of my friends would body shame me. At first I used to be sad, angry, ashamed and then I converted this negative emotion into positive emotion. I was determined to loss weight. And the happy part is I did. I actually lost 22 lbs in 77 days. All those negative I channelized into positive. And when you can do it your body will automatically do the work. This time you won't feel hungry again and again. You will simply loss the appetite to eat.

p.s : Do those but don't starve yourself. Starving won't help. It will harm your body. Just eat less. Do some exercise and Always be positive.

Eat less move more then you will lose weight and make muscles




Never sit or sleep after eating because that will develop fats , and also try not to go with people that does not sporty or athletic because you will surely bored in exercising if they are the one you are hanging out.

It's all about calories, I'm sure people before me posted this.

Surplus calories -> you'll add weight
Maintenance calories -> same weight
Deficit calories -> you'll lose weight

It's very simple, yet complicated.....first you want to do trial and error to finding your maintenance with the current activity that you do.

Keep in mind, if you increase activities thus you have to recalculate the maintenance calories again.

#Trail and error

Doing trial and error, just eat and guesstimate of how much u need daily, lets say you're a man whom 6 ft tall, now try first with 2500 calories per week, weight yourself every week. If your weight is the same and doesn't change after one week then its solved.

Surplus add +500 calories to gain weight (if you go to the gym and want muscles)
Maintenance is what you found in the trial and error.
Deficit reduce -500 calories to lose weight.

Lets say during the week of trial and error you found out that your weight changed, its easy...if its up then the 2500 calories wasn't your maintenance and you want to bring it down, if your weight got down then its below your maintenance. It's all math, with little of trial and error.

Now keep in mind if during the trial and error you found your maintenance then you added more activities later on, those activities may require more calories to substitute for them, i.e. lets say my maintenance is 2500 with my normal activity, then 2 months later I decided to add swimming into the mix which I didn't calculate before, now my maintenance may be 3000 calories a day I woudn't know until I do trial and error again (or guess and go with it and see if it is what my goal is set to be).

It all boils down to how badly you want to lose weight. It's easy to say but in reality, it is hard knowing how busy we are these days.

If you can control yourself from taking too much carbohydrates and then just drink a lot of water then it should be doable.
