Several ways To lose your weight :
  • Eating health food
  • Sleep on time
  • Do a cardio

My way of losing weight may not work for you, not sure.
But when I bought BTC at 18k and waited for one year, I've lost half of my weight. True story  Undecided

EAT LESS! MOVE MORE! STAY ALWAYS ACTIVE! i always go on my studies so i sometimes have jusyt no time to eat.

Losing weight is one of the problems of most people who are obiest and those people who are concious with their body.  There arr some methods on how to lose weight , have a regular diet which will be recommended by a doctor and must have a regular exercise. Eating a regular diet with healthy foods is good , and have a checkup with a doctor.

The best way is to get your eating habits right. Eat regularly and not huge portions. If you excercise, but your body is not getting the right nutrients at the right time, it's not as beneficial.

Nothing Is Happening
If you follow these steps and nothing is happening then there is a good chance you are consuming too much food. Low-carb vegetables are great to eat but if you are consuming 50lbs worth a day you shouldn’t expect to lose any weight.

If you aren’t seeing any results then it becomes time to count your calories. It’s pretty difficult to eat more than your daily calorie count, but it’s not impossible.
