Avoid drinks with sugar, find a friend to go to the gym with you in order to get some motivation. Loosing weight often times is hardly achieved because of lack of dedication.

You shouldn't eat excessively, eat until you feel satisfied, exercise regularly. In the morning before breakfast would be more convenient.

You can do caloric deficit diet. Surely you will lose weight.

Go first from three meals a day to two. Learn to like being hungry, since every hour of it is bunches of calories burned.

Then go from two meals a day to two. Very shortly you wil lose quite a bit of weight.

Always enjoy the hunger.

It's really that simple.

I was following you here until you suggested going from 2 meals a day to two?
If you made an error and were simply  implying to eat once a day, I would not recommend that.

Exercise regularly to build muscles. Eat whatever you want but in moderation and watch your calorie intake.

Exercise every morning before going to work, wake up early and do mainly leg exercises since they are one of the biggest muscle groups in the body.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Start by getting a checkup at your doctors.
Cut out all sugars that are noticeable.
Also there is no short cut with medications.

Do not eat carbs after 6pm
Start setting some exercise goals.

Exercise, eat less, count your calories, if you are snacking do it healthy, no soda only water.

If you can actually do it, do not eat rice for an entire month and you'll see great results!

Eat less or earlier for dinner.
Go to bed 11 pm or earlier.
Drink a lot of water.
+
A little bit of exercise.  (to lose fat, make sure you sweat a lot.  If go to the gym, try to work on big muscle group likes chest, back, and legs)

Basically, you do not need to lose weight, you focus on losing fat.
