How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

the best way to loose weght still remains varied, hunger strike(6am - 3pm) and excercise

perhaps with regular exercise, consuming lots of fruits and vegetables, avoid foods that contain lots of fat, drinking water before eating is believed to lose weight.

Intermittent Fasting! I do it now. It is not as hard as it sounds, you get used to it!

there are many way to our lose weigh. at first i want to the start exercise, then i lose my weight. then the other way is we do not eat fate eating. fat eating is not good for health and body.so,we always should be rules of bad eating and i will exercise everyday.

I think it's not so difficult - eat less junk food and fast food, more cook by yourself, eat fresh veggies, and hight quality meat and fishes. less sugar and salt and drink more water. and of course - do sport Wink

When I want to lose weight, what I always do first thing is portion control, mainly because I simply cannot change my diet completely and in a snap. Also, I don't think it is healthy not to exercise if you want to lose weight. You have to at least do some exercises if you want to lose weight. And discipline. It's very important, I think.

Drink green tea , do exercise, running, eat fresh veg, these kind of things help to loose weight.

There are different ways to lose weight but they are depends on your weight. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before making changes because this plan can reduce your need for medication. After that, do exercises, avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice, lessen the amount of food that you've it
