In my perpsective you must have a healthy lifestyle and healthy diet. You must have exercise every morning and avoid eating food with more fats and cholesterol. Eat fresh vegetables and fresh fruits.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Calories in < calories out. Simple truth is you have to suffer to lose weight.

Mammals are not designed to lose fat easily. Anyone who tells you its easy is wrong (or lucky). Unfortunately working out is a key component of burning fat. I have been working out vigorously for over a month now and have not lost weight yet. However I've noticed the changes in my body start to begin. If you have physical limitations they have products for any physical limitations you have. Control your diet first and once you've done that focus on doing a little bit of working out. Don't start hardcore all at once or you'll give up like I did many times. I only just recently consistently stayed on track. You've got this. I've struggled with weight too on and off so I've been there too.

I was very helped by a fractional diet, often there, but a little. And also helped to escape, I realized that if I run, the weight goes faster than from other exercises

I think the best way to lose wait is to have healthy meal at three times with  a routine time.i feel if you skip your breakfast you have a tendency to eat more during the rest of your day so keep a time and have your food at right time.avoid junk and oily food.

dont be too rush losing weight. it actually takes times and will challenge your patience in my advice drinking lots of water (because doctor recommend that too) and a proper diet. limit your rice too
