Based on experience, I have tried losing weight by using the famous intermittent fasting. I have lost 20 pounds using this method and many famous celebrities also uses this method. Terry Crews and Dwayne Johnson are the famous persons that I know that uses this method. They are also the reason why I decided to give this method a try. So far, I am feeling great with this method and it's really effective. I love this method because I don't have to make myself suffer so much just to lose weight. I don't have to starve myself just in order to achieve the weight that I want.

Because of my personal experiences and result, I decided to start recommending this method to other persons also. Please do inform me if you will decide to use this method. Intermittent fasting is more effective if you will do it along with some physical exercises.

I would recommend to start doing small changes in your diet, exercise, and then increase it. This way you won`t stress your body much.

Usually I exercise regularly and I reduce fatty foods and drink plenty of mineral water
I also rested a lot and did not stay up all night

Diet, exercise, diet should be regular, do not eat foods that contain lots of fat. And be sure that the weight will go down.

Regular exercise with a healthy diet plan works so the work. But continuing that for a long period of time will enable loosing weight.

Depends on your will, eat less more healthy and do sport. Very hard time but after a while you will feel much better. Also medicine can help to stop the appetite.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Have you tried L-Carnitine? It's a non-stimulant fat burner. So, kind of the opposite of caffeine and the like.

The one way to lose weight is to always to check your calories intake. Every food have their own calories bigger to smaller. That is why we should check our food daily.
