I guess you must playing sports because only healthy food it won't make you lose weight. Furthermore when you will running in the park or riding a bike you wouldn't pay and you save money. I think so this is ideal recipe to lose a weight.

I think the most powerful is to reduce eating fatty, also dirutini sports. and another, do not get used to eating too late. because usually after eating too late you go to bed, it is not good

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

You should walk for hours and drink plenty of water

To lose weight you should watch what you eat and work out I think it’s 80% what you eat so avoid junk food gluten dairy eat everything at a minimum.

Intermittent fasting.  Eat for 8 hours, fast for 16. Foolproof way to lose weight and get ripped. Extra points if you go low carb and low sugar during your 8 hours.  You have to stick with it 6+ months for results.  I have two friends that lost 30+ lbs doing this.

Drink lots of water and eat no patato's, rice or bread.

Just a lot of vegtables and plant-based proteins, no carbohydrates, and some protein from eggs and fish.

You'll see the pounds flying away!  Wink
