How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Apart from exercise, I wouls suggest to try fasting and eating only fruits and vegetables. This way, you won't lose source of nutrients and at the same time, slowly lose weight.

If you want to lose weight you should start by choosing a low-carb diet. The main advantage of the low carb diet is that they cause you to want to eat less. Even without counting calories most overweight people eat far fewer calories on low carb. Sugar and starch may increase your hunger, while avoiding them may decrease your appetite to an adequate level.

eat 2k calories per day and thats enough you will lose weight/stabilise weight over time

You should eat less and move more,if you do opposite you will gain some weight.It is not good for your health.

try keto diet... I lost 20 pounds because of keto diet...

There are different ways to lose weight but they are depends on your weight. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before making changes because this plan can reduce your need for medication. After that, do exercises, avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice, lessen the amount of food that you've it

Gym is important but nutrition even more important...I can spend 1,5 hours in the gym, if I eat a Pizza after it was all for nothing

Calorie deficit. You can lose weight without exercise and just laying in your bed the whole day as long as you have a calorie deficit, which means eat less than your body uses up.
Wow dude, that's not right.
You can't lose weight if you lie down and reduce the calorie intake.
You'll just get sick and your fat percentage will increase.
