What a sad setuation, the best thing you have to do now is to just hold your coins and wait until it gets back or higher than the price you buy in that way you are not losing you investments but only takes timeto get that back so be patience if you dont want to lose

I did bought bitcoin during ATH but I don't want to think about it anymore. I will hurt myself with that mistake however, this isn't the end for us. We just have to wait for a little bit longer until the market fully recovers.

If you are not selling then its obviously your investment is still intact and as what most of the users have said, you don't need to worry. But you have that mentality not to be affected by FUD's that will change you mind and just push the sell button illogically.

Just continue to hold and wait it out till crypto makes another break out run so that you will at least gain a good profit. If you are man enough, just let it sit in your wallet till the end of the year and see it grow.

Bitcoin can be purchased every price. It's ok don't worry about always think for long term not such a short term like a piece of cake. You are being greedy because you want some gains in an instant? That's why you hating yourself. If you think for long term price of Bitcoin could reach possibly $1M and now still hating yourself. You have to learn how to overcome you greed on yourself and how to be patient also those 2 are the keys so you will become successful here in cryptoworld. Goodluck.

Do not be quick to expect good returns. Just be confident with the tech and everything will pan out. A good example is Multiversum.
The very old but worthy notion of "do not invest what you cannot afford to lose" is still very applicable. With this mindset you weigh in on the risky options to further your positions whether holding or straight out day-trading.
I believe that we will see a reversal sometime in this year, but of course that will not reach highs like the ones seen during the first weeks of January.

One should know how to read chart to know whether the coin will have a value or just in hyped at only specific time, at this time many traders just do trading without any analization thatakes them lose sometimes. We must read atleast read the coins uses and roadmaps before we buy it.

Still .... No one knows when the price would recover. At this stage I always tell people the importance to know your limit to use the money wisely , I mean you should put the money that you can let it go in case the project far from what people expected.
So keep holding wouldn't be a big deal , just walk away expect for nothing . Get back in few years and see is it really make you a fortune or just disappeared like that.
It's not the real end of the story , it could be a beginning advanced to the next level to know things more. HODL , forget it and wait.
