Hmm... 5 ETH investment can get you a decent amount of tokens in any of the forthcoming ICOs which have completed their private sale or presale and have reached their soft cap; at least that's my benchmark for investment.

There's only BlackBox that I think is good in recent times. Apart from that, I do not think it is any ICO that can be invested. If I were you, I would just buy Bitcoin. Bitcoin will be much more valuable in 2020 in my opinion.
I will not recommend you invest in ICO now. You see what happens to the market. In my opinion, all potentially promising projects are now in no hurry to enter the market, as now is not a very good period for this.
Investing in ICO can be risky and thus I would advise against doing it ,but it also depends on your decision, whether you want to join in it .You should investigate further if you want to invest in ICO, too much ICO now and of course this is a challenge for those who invest in ICO so they are more careful in choosing.
