I belive to icos because before I investing to icos I made a lot of research about project team and their vision for future even I tried to contact with team before investing if u practice this u can never failed in ico.
Yes, many people are disappointed. Indeed, if the market goes up and prices after ICO grow, then everyone will believe again.

I think not all ico should not we believe. many successful ico and proven to still exist to this day like the example of power ledger. started from bounty and ico the successful coin is still exist until today. Look around you, now all the most even very promising coins are traded at zero level, hopes that new projects will be traded in plus not. Wait for the general growth of the market on it will play a role already the project itself at the moment is all too sad.

Your just not that so lucky investing in ico, you should first search the ico project, their management and their team especially the bm who's managing the ico's bounty before investing in a particular ico, as of now too many scammers are out there so be vigilant and wise by picking an ico to invest..
I like the idea of checking the bounty manager before investing in an ICO, a bounty manager's missing experiences or skillsets to do the job effectively can make or brake an ICO. Often projects that fail to reach their softcap had poorly managed marketing campaigns
