I am not fully agree with you. Holding can be profitable but how will you survive in long bear market when your portfolio keeps decreasing every day,month? so sometimes it's better to sell and then buy low again. It is never a good thing to sell below ICO price.

What I Wil always advice and would wish we all follow is take profits when in profit, be quick to cut loss, make sure your capital is intact don't mess with it. A 5% loss will take a long time to recover so its better one get a tiny profit than losing. We should learn what to do when trades go either in our favour or against us.
