my advice is:
invest in relatively cheap coins, they ten do have bigger swings, and you can make profit from it, it is pure speculation
if you are successful you may reinvest them in more long term orientated coins

Hello Im new on this forum, can you help me to choose good coin for me? I have only 200€ to spend, I was thinking about ETH/LTC but is it worth when I have only 200? Or should I try my luck with something cheap.
With that amount of money you cannot expect to make a lot of money investing in those coins, you are better off investing in something cheap look for coins that cost less than 50 cents per coin, look at all the coins and find the best for you, if you are lucky you may find a good project.
I also think it's better to invest in some new coins, but take time to read some reviews, and certainly coins like these are not traded on Bitrix. So try to choose some reliable market also.

Go with the cheap. You get in early and maximize your gains. Smaller caps, with low price allow large accumulation.
It’s a very good amount to invest here because when I join bitcoin so there was also very lees amount of money with me and I take a start and it make my money double because bitcoin have a good advantage if you invest here with low price so it can make your money double there are also other options to earn from bitcoin an when you earn a lot of money from it then you can also start investment here so need to join bitcoin.

buy DENT coin, team is very active, they regularly updating their road map  among us.I did a great profit from dent coin.you can also hold dent coin.
do not need to immediately buy this coin from the market, which is advertised or advised, because initially you need to study samp.ru friend, and then wait until you can buy a coin at a lower price, then sell more expensive. After all, this is the meaning of trade.

Now every day about 20-30 campaigns are added to our forum, which have already been uploaded ... or announce the upcoming fees. It is very difficult in this whole flow of information to choose a worthy campaign if you have a limited budget. If there were more, it would be possible to break finances into parts and wet them. And in general you need to look at the team, on the product, will the benefit of the product ?. Analysis and analysis only

With my money I bought Bitcoins first, and I am still buying Bitcoins and I added
Ethereum on my shopping list. Later I invested in couple ICO's with my Bitcoins, and
now I have Bitcoin, Ethereum and 3 different coins, it is my start.
Andrey111 gave a good advice, I am doing the same for months and I am more than
satisfied. I have tokens from few bounties and I am working for next one, you can join
in Cedex bounty campaign, great project and I belive in success  of this project.

do not just fixate on some coins, with such capital would be better if using news as a supporter to buy a good coin., I used to with capital as well as that. yes indeed profit is small but still safe. i prefer to choose low risk low profit  Grin

may be very effective if you invest in an ongoing ICO project, such as RED, or Adbank. look at a project that almost reaches Hardcap, when the project reaches HC, I'm sure 200 euro you have will double.
Thats right, but surely, I think people should make an observation before investing. There are many ICO which looks good but you have to consider about it's developer and their  road map. It's safer than trading

Search projects with small market cap, less than $20 million, invest in 3 or 4.

Look for good fundamentals, active development, community, real use case.

Stay away from ICOs and Ethereum tokens.

Don't buy what people are shilling you in the forums, they just want to sell their bags.

Coming from a Legendary member, which altcoins would you recommend that goes under your criteria of "good fundamentals"? I tried looking for one but it is not that easy.

For long term: CryptoBridge https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anncryptobridgebcogateway-to-bitshares-released-now-beta-2015949

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bridgecoin/

Value already increased a lot in the past month, it may go lower, it may never be this cheap.

If you want a wild bet, something I've been following and betting it will do a 10x in the coming months: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annpowposmngpu-onlyproject-sono-new-listing-vote-for-new-projects-2105778

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/altcommunity-coin/

Cheesy

I do not mean any offense but those projects look like scams with little or no fundamentals. I believe Decred and Litecoin have better fundamentals than the coins you recommended.

Sorry but "I will not touch it", said Elrond the high elf of Rivendell. Hahaha.

what do you think should i invest something in verge + stellar? theese are low now I would invest only 30-50€ each

It is a right time to invest in the market as after btc fall yesterday this altcoins too have fall. Thus you got some good coins at low prices and grab few of them. XVG looks. Also Ripple, StorJ, Fuel are few coins which you can also invest in for the short term and once it rises you can make money .

I was fortunate to come to know about an ico that just ended, i believe €200 investment on it is a very good bargain, this token is going to storm the market and took it by surprise it is a privilege you are hearing about it, many people missed out in the ico and are waiting to get it in secondary market.

if i have that much money i'd rather prefer to invest in deeponion. The potential of the project is way too good, you can tell the price of the onion in the past month and even week by week the price continue to rise.

you can also try other coin if you want to..
for me deeponion is the best altcoin to invest

I think you are right in my opinion. Etherium and litecoin are good choice to invest because the price is more stable.
With your money just €200, i think invest in ico project is more profitable so you can double your capital quicker.

Dont just the profit mate but compare with the risk too. High profit and high risk is coming at the same time.
So i think start with €200 is enough as beginner. Start with small amount is better for beginner.

I would not consider 200€ a small amount to start with. I would suggest to put it in something safe so that your investment will grow slowly but surely, your picks are nice for that purpose. But thats just me. Maybe you are a risk taker and can deal with the loss of those 200€, then I would put it in something with low market cap and low circulating supply, maybe something like SUMO. But you should always do your own research, no investment advice here.

With that investment I think you should pick cheap altcoins that are into market since long time and make sure that you don't fall for all those shit coins hoping that it will pump to the moon in short term as most of the times it will not happen and you will loose your capital and I would suggest you to diversify your investment in coins like Ripple, Digibyte, Waves as right now its price is affordable to buy and may be in long term you would be able to make at least x10 profits from this coins and it would be good if you do your own research and depending on it you can select your coins for investing your money.

I would make it 5 pieces, 40 Euro for each piece. And then I would pick some promising ICO tokens from the exchanges. Then I would invest the pieces, 40 Euro per project. This is the most logical way in this case.

I was in your position not too long ago. If I were you: look for ways you can increase your current capital. There are many market movements, look into strategies on timing them and taking a penny coin to ten cents or something like that so you have 400 instead of 200. There is always a random altcoin that pops off daily. As you learn more about the investment tactics you can get better at it. For holding, check out coins that have low marketcap and are cheaper right now with under 100million in circulation. Gives room to grow. Hope this helps!
