It's not always the amount that brings the success. You got to start somewhere. Just be wise and do the right moves that you feel you should do. If you think you need to listen to someone's advice, do it, but if you doubt him just stay away from it. A friendly advice, a forum board will never help you get rich, you are the only one who can do that  Smiley

Hello Im new on this forum, can you help me to choose good coin for me? I have only 200€ to spend, I was thinking about ETH/LTC but is it worth when I have only 200? Or should I try my luck with something cheap.

Yes, these are some very good coins to invest into, cause they will continue to rise as time goes on. But it is okay that you also spread your hands to other altcoins like XRP, link, and some tokens like bonpaytoken, VIB taken. These are good ones too if you are going for a long term holding.

COB is a good bet. They are cobinhood, the free crypto exchange trying to be like robinhood the free stock broker. They are already at $1.35, and was trading at $0.40 last week.

With a capital of 200 €, I think you should trade to be able to increase your capital quickly. Choose coin worth less than 1000 sts for investment, as these coins are easy to raise and you can buy more to increase your profits later when it increases value. But analyze and research the coin you want to invest to minimize the risk that may come to you.

With that investment I think you should pick cheap altcoins that are into market since long time and make sure that you don't fall for all those shit coins hoping that it will pump to the moon in short term as most of the times it will not happen and you will loose your capital and I would suggest you to diversify your investment in coins like Ripple, Digibyte, Waves as right now its price is affordable to buy and may be in long term you would be able to make at least x10 profits from this coins and it would be good if you do your own research and depending on it you can select your coins for investing your money.

Your decision was good at that time when you made this post because here you can see that the price of etherium.is now about 0.1btc+ = 1eth  .
So now i think you should currently wait for the etherium dump , and then buy but currently you can buy litecoin for long term as wella s you can buy neo , digibyte , posw etc .
And also you can place your money in forked coins of bitcoin like bitcoin gold , bitcoin cash etc .
If you will go with very low priced coin then there is more possibilities that you are having risk with  you trading work , so choice is your risk is your .

Buy 10 different cheap coins for 20 euro each and forget about them for at least one year. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Good luck.
That would work if you choose those coins which has a great future, you should make a research and do not just buy blindly.
We all aim to grow our funds by investing but we need to be lucky and smart at the same to make this things possible for us to happen.

There a many ways you can make use of this money and least earn more than 5 times the investment.

1) Like you mentioned you can go for the big coins like ETH which are guaranteed to rise in 2018. But I would suggest NEO instead. As it also has a great potential and lot of ICO's coming on it.
2) You can trade the funds. Now this might be risky but if you do it right and with patience you can reduce the risk and earn quite a lot
3) Invest in some promising ICO's coming up. Do some research on your own and invest to get the coins for a very cheap price. I recently invested $200 in Electoroneum ICO and it gave me almost $1200 when it reached the exchange. Also the bonus coins helps.
4) Invest in some coins that are <$1. Again do your study and find some promising coins. I would suggest REQ, BNTY or DBC or similar ones.

And now that the maket is down today I would say it the best time to hop in before it comes back up. So instant profits coming your way.

I would split the funds, purchase 10 coins each of them with 10% of capital. Hold longterm, it's the key.

Search projects with small market cap, less than $20 million, invest in 3 or 4.

Look for good fundamentals, active development, community, real use case.

Stay away from ICOs and Ethereum tokens.

Don't buy what people are shilling you in the forums, they just want to sell their bags.

Coming from a Legendary member, which altcoins would you recommend that goes under your criteria of "good fundamentals"? I tried looking for one but it is not that easy.

For long term: CryptoBridge https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anncryptobridgebcogateway-to-bitshares-released-now-beta-2015949

Value already increased a lot in the past month, it may go lower, it may never be this cheap.

If you want a wild bet, something I've been following and betting it will do a 10x in the coming months: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annpowposmngpu-onlyproject-sono-new-listing-vote-for-new-projects-2105778

Well, if you have a little capital you can consider to buying cheap coins like Cardano, stellar, NEM and bytecoin. But you have to hodl the coins you have for the long term. Because it takes a little longer to get a profit if you choose a coin that is still cheap. Actually, you can put your money on coins that are already high priced like Ethereum and Bitcoin, and then you can try to get profit with trading way.

Up to the present, there are many ways to gain profit in this world of cryptocurrency, depending on whether you want to learn or just rely on luck.

It's not about buying too late, it's about selling too early.

Hi,
Understand this before you invest!
CC market is volatile.
It's gambling. You could make a lot of money and you could lose a lot too.

My suggestion:
Start with 100 instead of 200
Use the pump and dump technique.

Start by making small profits. Recover you initial investment, Reinvest the profit.
Here is one amazing group that will definitely turn your 100 in anything over 100.

Its a pump and dump group:

Good luck!

I think personally exchange coins will blossom or you can choose to go in a good PRE ICO where you can get bonus or discount in a good ICO and then make multiple times your money on that token then go for the next token and with profits then rest some money in solid coins like ETH or NEO to build up some solid base and then keep growing your portfolio with new and upcoming coins for a few months at a time.

Considering the current valuation of BTC & ETH, I would prefer to invest in Ether as it still has more growth potential than BTC. I am not too optimistic on LTC since the time its founder announced selling of all his LTC coins.
