If anybody want a long term investment then i will of-course suggest him for bitcoin because it has great potential. and if you saw last 3 or 4 years growth of bitcoin it gave extraordinary growth.and of-course bit coin is the king of all coins.

I think with the wavering conditions we're experiencing now, I would advise
to still invest in the strong and sturdy currencies. Bitcoin and Ethereum would
still be advisable even with the recent price increases. But if you value and
favor more on existing altcoins, NEO, LTC and Monero are the ones I think
are ideal long term investments today.
I will recommend you go for a promising project like Neo. No one can predict how far this promising coin is gonna go looking at the potentials the coin posses. Also the current market dip has even offered a chance of having some investment in ETH; another promising project if you really posses the financial wherewithal.

first thing first, we need to determine how long we want to use the investment and we need to decide how much the money we want to use. because of we don't do this, we only say "I want a long-term investment" without knowing when we need to cash out the investment.
