Firstly you have to know all the risk in trading and ICO, and if you know it you should he has some strategy and management of risk and money to reduce it. Trading and ICO both is category high risk high return investment so just make sure use money willing to lose to start in it.

I would advise you for not doing both of them as they both are very risky things to do in the crypto markets and you are better off just hodling. As you are likely going to get better returns by just hodling your coins than trying to trade or invest in an ICO. Very few people are able to turn a profit by trading and most of the ICOs end up failing.

ICO and Trading are certainly very different but from both options certainly have a big risk. Examples such as ICO, The biggest risk of ICO is fraud and it often happens. For trading, of course the big risk is the drastic price decline and there we sometimes panic to sell and certainly disadvantage. So there must be some risk.

I have invested in cryptocurrencies at the moment, but I have not traded on exchanges. If you are a beginner, I think you don't need to trade right away. I plan to explore deeper cryptocurrency and only then start trading. In the meantime,I keep the tokens in the long term.

ICO is the best.
It is  safer to trade. This way the loss rate is lower, but more in trade.

You can start from anywhere you want but make sure invest only which you can afford to lose, ICO price can drop 2x-3x when listing on exchanges and similarly in trading coin price can go down to zero if the coin is new and the team is inexperienced.

I think you should do a study, there are a lot of ico, but most ico is a fraud, and you need to find something valuable in a lot of ico

Nevertheless, there are many great ICOs that give their investors a lot of profits. Just be very attentive and cautious when choosing the project. As for trading, you can also deal with it, why not?

Given the situation, if I have to choose from two, then I prefer trading, since ICO is a longer-term game, so much that it does not yield to any forecast. But the trade is quite clear and transparent at this stage of the industry development.  Smiley

I want to start investing for ico and trading. Please to help from where should I start?

What needs to be prepared and cared for before starting it?

I am very grateful for the members who helped me in this forum.

and maybe this can also re-remind the new citizens who want to enter the world of investment (trading and ico).

thanks

It is better to start on reading altcoins which has already established in the market because the risk is lower compared to ICO. When it comes to investing in long term, ICO will best suites you. But remember that the risk of volatility and scam is higher compared to those altcoins already in the market.

Because of a large amount of scam, it's very dangerous to go in ICO, there are certainly good projects and if you deal with ICO not the first day, then in 90% of cases you can easily identify good and worthy projects. With trading, too, you can lose in case of something very much. Therefore, everywhere there is a risk, but with experience in trading and participating in projects or monitoring them, you can minimize these risks!

ICO and Trading both are good but from some time the market showing unexpected behavior, so i think you can make strong research about both concepts then decide to enter in any of these systems.
ICO is a good option to invest your fund but from few times there are some scam ICOs came which make ICO market untrustable. But it doesn't mean that there are good ICOs are not available, but for that you can do a strong research about projects, read their whitepaper, their future prospects, community support and also see there road-map for the success for ICO project. After finding suitable ICO, you can make investment with them. And make a good return of your investment.
And if want to do Trading then you are requires deep knowledge of crypto with calm nature and on you there is no effect of market sharp up & down, then you can go with Trading. But if you don't have these things, then i suggest you that don't go with trading because on one wrong move you will loose your all money.
So now decision is yours, what you will to do.

the simplest thing in your case is if you are new to this investment in ico, this is the most affordable and profitable way, trading is only if you have knowledge of some kind of market and its behavior, in any case it's up to you

If you have just started, then you have to learn a lot, observe the products of the investment project, observe whether its team members are reliable (education, background), and whether their development goals have market demands! These are all important!

Trade and investment are two different worlds that can not be compared. Each of these activities requires separate skills and different methods of work. Much depends on your mentality, there are people who simply can not trade.

I think it is better you conduct a very good research about ico and trading before going into any of them because without a very good foundation knowledge of any of it, you might not be able to understand what it involves and how to go about it thereby running at loss. After the research, you will be able to decide which one is best for you moreover, I think it is better you invest in icos after you much have done your research because icos can be very risky if care is not taken.

The choice between ICO and trading will depend on  on the person involved and their preferences, trading gives you a chance to earn from proven coins or tokens in the market and Mostly depend on the timing and th quality of the coins, buy when he market is low and sell when high, ICO on the other hand is more of a risk taking, were if all goes right you stand a chance t earn quite a lot on your investment and when it gets wrong you lose. Im a risk taker and most of the times invest in ICOs.

I think more and more have the information in the trade would understand the conditions and what steps should be taken when there are things going on. process analysis is very important before deciding. For me trading is much convenient to do than ico.
