ETH rising ratio not even close to Bitcoin, so i think ETH price could not catch Bitcoin. But if ETH price rise too fast, their ecosystem will broke due to high fee and it could make Vitalik leave ETH team.
If ever Ethereum does exceeds bitcoins price I think most of the traders would shift to Ethereum then it bitcoins price will lessen too but I don’t think it will happen soon because bitcoin has a lot of loyal supporters.
If ETH price exceeds BTC, it would only bring in more investors to Eth. In every situation, there is always a possibility, which could either be certain or uncertain. The above speculation cannot be far-fetched as to whether ETH price will exceed BTC's. ETH has a platform that is different from BTC and thus, have the potentials.
Can't happen probably, bitcoin is still the king and will probably always be, most people around the world only know bitcoin and no other coins, and it's demand is huge..
Had it happened that price ETH might outperform bitcoin, then it's certain altcoin selection would be harder than now. There will be alot altcoin being knocked out, because tokens ETH will more exist.
I think the ETH price is likely to be higher later in the day, why? because BTC alone is now rarely want to get, cook ETH will be like this continue to cook to lose the same BTC, BTC just the more expensive the more expensive.
What’s up with cooking BITCOIN and ETH lol, they are cryptocurrency not freaking food that you can cook, do you mean to say mining? If so it makes more sense

If the eth price exceeds btc price, it's a good news for ethereum holder. But unlikely to happen bitcoin price is hard to reach and it may takes time to reach it. The eth price goes higher the demand goes higher too then the supply will become too limited.
i believe market cap can switch, but not price per coin. eth has way too many coins to ever be as expensive as BTC
It will never happen either. I believe that no other coin can increase higher than the bitcoin value. Because bitcoin is already in the highest value that no coins can beat.
It will never happen, since the marketcap of ethereum should be of more than 1 trillion dollars, and that is much more than what the entire marketcap of all the cryptos have right now. Consider it impossible, at least not with the current marketcap.

When the demand is more on the Eth and accordingly, all the money will be transferred there, then it will come to the forefront and will be just a new leader in the market. But for now it is far from that, so it's worth accumulating alts for the future. 
I hesitate to that, because even et never have price more than 20% of BTC, but if really happened then btc users will switch to Eth and will have a bad impact on BTC.
I am a supporter of ETH and it is one of the coin that has the majority of my investment but we have to face the reality that no one can replace bitcoin. It is possible but that will take decades for us to know the answer. As I always say we just need to support it because we will never know what will happen in the future.
I think this could only be positive. The whole market right now is so depending on bitcoin.

i personally dont think the 'flippening' Will happen. They both have their times of booming and btc Will most likely be next again 
I think it is not possible for the moment. Maybe if BTC fall at $1000? There is too much ETH compare to the number of BTC. And if BTC falls at $1000. I think ETH may fall lower. Maybe return at his start price?

Then it would be a new record which the king is being replaced by an Altcoin. Sounds impossible for those die hard fans of bitcoin but this thing isnt an impossible one which anything do have the possibility for it to happen.If people start to recognize ETH over BTC then this thing will surely happen where price might be over than on btc's. There are really some chances but i would say it would really much takes time to happen.No one knows since no one can predict the future. People assume that ETH price should increase in order to exceed BTC, which is not the only possible outcome.

This is good thinking it is actually possible for ETH to become the first ranked coin like on coinmarketcap. Bitcoin is facing these days a real test it is continue changing in the price.
I think that Bitcoin will not last forever so on some point it will not be the first ranked coin.
I think this is not possible. ETH is a solid crypto, but BTC is top 1 and probably will be on 1st place forever in terms of usage and popularity
