You get it guys, continue dreaming of riches and some day you can tell your story of how magic internet money almost changed the world.

Hope and greed makes the world go around.
There are a lot of people holding on to bitcoins in the belief that a bull run is inevitable.

jgray, I hope you are well and have a great job so that you never had to sell your coins. I also hope you're a libertarian of sorts who has an eye on the next presidential race and have donated the max (if you're American) to Rand Paul. You should chime in at some point no matter what. The next bull run (not the civil war battle or 2.0) in the price is right around the corner and you will be sitting high and mighty at that point. Patience is a virtue.

Ohh no way this is brand new information.  That gives me a bitcoin goal lol

Would buy a whole house with bitcoin? can you imagine though if the guy held $200 per bitcoin and not sold lol. But, if anyone gets a house for free its obviously just free profit.

This thread's gonna go the distance.

Just like the Million-Dollar Pizza thread.
I hope that this time also the one to sell fiat for Bitcoins has the last laugh in near future.

OP still has more coins than 99% of people posting in this thread and will have the last laugh in a few years Grin

Well I can say that he still visits this forum every now and then, given that he's last active on April 13, 2015. I think he's still holding those coins? Because who will sell his house (and coins) on a loss?

You get it guys, continue dreaming of riches and some day you can tell your story of how magic internet money almost changed the world.

Yes, continue chasing those dreams and doing something that is very risky for the sake of getting internet money which you think will change your life forever. Well at least he still visits this forum and checking out if there's anything that's happening with bitcoins.

If I were the guy who sold his house for bitcoin, I would explore the merits of tents.

If I was the guy who sold my house for bitcoin, I would of sold the coin at that same day.

Selling maybe 80%, then keep the remaining 20% just to get the whole risk ratio down. Its better to reduce the risk to gain more.

Esp, if its a huge transaction like that.
but imagine if the bitcoin had raised back to 1200 dollars or even more. he would have won huge money

How about 99% not going to happen but drops to $0?

Hes not mentioning if it`ll drop to 0. He just stated on what he would do if he was in the same position as the op.

And states he would sell it on the same day, which means he sold off while it was probably in the 4 digits still or somewhere high around there.

He knows that one day his Bitcoins are worth more then his initial askingprice of the house so he is not worried.
In fact in dreams is already designing his residential villa on a private island next to Leonardo DiCaprio.

He would be able to buy several islands some day, but by then OP will have lost his patience along the way and sold, only to find out later he could have been rich. Same story as always, seen it happen all the time.

Bad decision of selling house .

People saves the memories of there father/mom how can you sell it dude for money you can sell your money and save your father's house damn .
Yes, it is, but what if he is right, Bitcoin rise up to 100,00$ and he becomes a millionaire? All people here will praise his success and say I'm regret not following him. Nothing succeeds like success.

He had been here last month but didn't talk anything form last June, may he is OK.

100,000
I'm with you for wishful thinking but lets get real alright? 10,000 maybe. 100,000 per coin? Get real dude.

It's all relative, many of us that were playing with piles of BTC when they were worth a few cents didn't think they would break $1,000 one day...

Yeah, but like for how long though lol.

Like if he kept on the prices right now, he`d prob shoot himself knowing there hasnt been a upward trend at all. And the whole 4 digits is a fools dream, if you think you`ll just win just by holding it.

The dude who bought bitcoin probably lost a ton of money, if he still held all of it till this point.

And the person who got away with the house wins, since he could just rent it out, and buy back when its super cheap like where the coin is headed.
