I'm disappointing with myself because I'm working not too hard enough. I have a potential to earn much more and to live like a king but sometimes I'm lazy or going booze instead of productive hard working. I'm always telling myself "what the poin in hard work if you don't have a time to spend your money and hang out?" and that's true but sometimes I'm telling that shit too often to myself.
I have the same story! I bought ETH when it was 160, then it raised 400 but after that prices go down and when it was 220, I sold it. Now it's near 1200 and words can't describe how disappointed I feel.
We all are disappointing with ourselves sometimes, and not only in trading.
But we are only pupils of life, and all we can do is to experiment and to learn.

I'm sorry for what happened to you. You must be lost a lot of money. I also made mistake just like you. I loss about hundred $ on my first trading because of my impatience. I was really dissapointed and depressed at that time. But the market still there. There's still lot of opportunities to get profit. Fortunately my loss recovered by XRB, EOS and ETH especially XRB which rises dozen times since my buy price. Through this experience, i realized the power of HODL. HODL is love, HODL is live.

Buddy the market is all about one thing - that one which starts with "p" and ends with "atience", if you invested too much - wrong decision. If you dont worry about your depo - you will gain. But not in the moment
It's hard when you blame yourself for everything that happened, just let it go. Thinking too much about your mistakes can ruin your life. I also sold 1 million Doge for 17 satoshi a month ago and now it costs 100 . Sad but true

I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.
This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't tell anyone about this, including my wife.

You know what, investing and trading here in the crypto world is like gambling, sometimes you lost and sometimes you will win, but it is just a part of our life we must continue to our trading and investing our coins until we succeed.
In my opinion, all participants in this forum can boast of such situations. I myself sold for a few dollars tokens, which then cost a thousand dollars (Storm). This is the market.
Main thing is to learn from these lessons and not try and make same mistake twice. I had similar situation with XRP this past couple of months sold at a loss but could have had 10x gains, quite disappointing but I have learned from it. Coming back stronger!

Almost of the bitcoiners experience to be disappointed because of panic selling that is part of the crypto world,but we can get benefits with our disappointments if we learn for that experience's because we are always aware on making our decisions,and having a bad experience or mistake is not about the profit you lost it's about the experience that next time you will be aware always and you've learn how to handle any situation that coming to you.
