It has happened to many! The key is patient and set up a strategy and stick to it. You have to be strong and don't change your mind once you have decide what to do. And wait...and wait...and wait...

It happens with everyone at the beginning because at start you don't have sufficient knowledge and adequate information regarding each coin and you become bit tentative as well in whether to sell or to hold, that lead to some loss but that's okay it will make you think wiser in your decision next time.

Well I think that you did more or less the same I did in the past.
I found out, the hard way, that I am not a good trader, so I become a holder. So I suggest you to do the same I did:
Let say you invest a amount each month. Hold 80-90% of what you are going to buy and the rest 20% do some day trading.
Even I you sold too early you have it. Definately.

Well many of us have been in your shoes. You can’t catch the best prices everytime. Have a good rest and with a clear mind, start trading fresh again. Good luck.

That is exactly what happens when an impatient guy starts trading. I am saying this because this happened with me during the beginning days of my trading. I used to buy coins and hold them for some time during which the price would certainly go down and then when I thought it wouldn't rise further or it will go down more I used to sell. Just after selling the price would increase and I would be like WTF Undecided This happens with many people and is termed as "market playing against you" in the trading. It is best to just hold on until you are in profit or not trade at all. I chose the latter and don't trade Altcoins now if there is not a strong evidence for it to rise.
The rule of crypto is not to panic and not to sell in a loss. If you cant follow these rules then trading is not for you. It is true that not everybody can trade in profits all the time.

Do not follow your impulses in buying / selling goods.
Don't get emotional when the market goes down!

you have to be patient in holding the coins and sell them, because the price of coins is unpredictable. you should also be careful to see the market about the coins you have. If you do that I think you will not be disappointed with yourself.

This is very disappointing and happens to almost everyone who tries to buy low sell high. I don't know how we can be sure about low and high, some good traders should tell us the truth!!

That's why cryptocurrency is better to play on long term rather than short term because the value too volatile.
But if you can keep maintain your trading gameplay, I'm sure that you will earn significant profit in the future because nobody knows when will your luck changed !

No worry dude, most of the people that ever try trading will always experience the same thing, that is due to the  lack  of knowledge about the market, and the technical analysis skill is not too good yet, but keep on building your experience and then you will able to lower the risk of losing money

Overtrading is absolutely one of the biggest issues that an novice trader will face. There is a huge hang up here as it really can get frustrating when theres such insane rises/falls

I think absolutely everyone made the same mistakes. I also burned on the crypto currency. I bought at a price and sold 4 times cheaper. It's horrible. The main thing is to try to trade further. Try to make decisions from the opposite, you wanted to sell - do not sell! you wanted to buy - do not buy!

I'm extremely depressed about my impatience and persistence.
I'm a stupid man. Fuck myself.
I bought the ETC when its price was 15$, i kept it for three months, including when it down at 9$, I still don't sell, because i believe it. And when ETC rise to 15$. I sold everything and waited it down $ 13 to buy more. But, fuck myself, the next day it rise to fucking 30$, Are you kidding me?
I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.

This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't  tell anyone about this, including my wife.
Thank for listening.

Oh man dude I know what you mean. I sold my Ethereum at $20 and I waited for a dip.. Then I rebought it at $50. I also sold my XRP and I never rebought Sad

We all make mistakes with trading, it is impossible to buy and sell at the exact best moment.

After a big loss though, you need to look at whether you want to continue trading, or stop and just follow a holding strategy. If you want to continue trading, then ask if there are any lessons to be learned or whether it was just bad luck. And look at the overall situation - does your trading history overall result in profit - ie the gains outweigh the losses?

Its OK mate. At least you have somewhat releases the stress out of your chest. There are even members here I've seen thinking of taking their life because they have made stupid moves and lost a lot.

And this is a hard lessons for you to swallow but I'm sure that you will get how this crypto market works. It doesn't work with emotions and you need a lot of patience in order to succeed. Learn from this mistakes.

Don't put everything on yourself and you are not first and will not be the last one to made such "stupid" mistakes. The best way is to move forward forget everything and start from scratch. It's not too late, there's a lot of opportunities in the future. This is just another bump along the way. I can feel you because I have experienced this as well.
