I'm extremely depressed about my impatience and persistence.
I'm a stupid man. Fuck myself.
I bought the ETC when its price was 15$, i kept it for three months, including when it down at 9$, I still don't sell, because i believe it. And when ETC rise to 15$. I sold everything and waited it down $ 13 to buy more. But, fuck myself, the next day it rise to fucking 30$, Are you kidding me?
I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.

This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't  tell anyone about this, including my wife.
Thank for listening.

I feel sorry to hear that, indeed the main key in the world investment cryptocurrencies is waiting and patience, I used to have some eth, and I sold it at 300 $, now eth is almost almost 700 $, I'm also regret it, but this I make it as experience only

I am sorry for you experience. But you need to make mistakes in order to increase your trading skills!
Learn from your mistakes as a key for success.
My tip is that: sometimes it is better to buy and HODL instead of playing the market.

You must be very calm and patient at this market. If you decided to hold some coin for some months - just forget about it!

Trader anxiety is a real thing lmao. It's okay though! You should never feel bad about taking profits. For all you know, the price of Ripple could have crashed 60% instead of rising 60% and you would have definitely felt worse. Just remember that these things happen and as long you're turning a profit, it's no big deal.

every people has their own sad story and I am sure that almost all have this experience. the first thing that we need to start trading is to control our self and not get panic when something is not right. I am like you in my first trading and I have many others sad story but I learn from my past so I hope that I don't make the same mistake in future. I hope that you don't make the same thing like what you did and in the future, you can easy to control your emotion.

To avoid it to happen again the best things you should do is dont sell all your coin again in just one sell do l it half half.   so when the market go down you can buy back  more and if the market still continue to go up then you still the other half that hold.

My experience is only selling the coins early and missing half of the peak value, i found buying and selling of tokens a side job aside from joining bounties and campaigns. I have a ACC token last month, acquired from an airdrop, i sold it in a good value but in the later hours the value suddenly rise and the current value is still rising. I sold my ACC token at value of 0.05 ETH and if i sold it now probably 0.11 ETH. So if i waited a bit longer, i would get 2 time the amount of what i have sold.

You were too scared and impatient. Holding your assets in a volatile market makes you paranoid about the prices, when you shouldn't be, hence why you sold, ignoring the charts and patterns. When dealing with cryptos, you should always keep a cool head, and analyse before you make decisions to avoid losses.

All the coins you mentioned in your post were long term investments and you sold them all, i would be dissapointed too in your shoes.
My suggestion from now on is to be more patient and when you invest in a coin as strong as that, HODL !!!

As Warren Buffet famously said,"The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient". So my friend my advise to you would be buy some alts that have tanked and have been around for a long time and you should be able to make good profits. Look at waves btw.

you still made profits, dont worry

that’s right

I pulled out of Monaco and MEME the other day, scared off by FUD. Both went up almost 100% afterwards. Fortunately, I bought Waves and LTC.

Even today I sold off ETH a little early.

You say you are disappointed with yourself. You know something wise I read yesterday, “Life is a contest with oneself not others”

So true.

Do you know Colonel Sanders, the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC)? Based on his story that I've read, he fails so many times before he totally became a billionaire. So don't blame yourself for being such a stupid, you don't know what will happened so of course you might loose your game. And I believe, for now, it is your destiny, everything is meant to happened. But don't stop there just because you think you messed up, as you said the market is still there, just don't be afraid and don't panic. And always remember why you brought that coin, it is because you trusted it, you trust yourself, so just hold that trust you gave to that coin and to yourself, and then wait for a much higher ROI.  Wink

Faith is a very important thing, hold, and then work, wait for the victory to come back. You will succeed in that way
