Everything is normal, this situation is known to everyone, the main thing is that a person knows how to admit his mistakes and seeks at least part of the lost money to return. The market is a subtle place where everything can turn over in an instant, so you just need perseverance.
You don't need to be disappointed with yourself, I have said to people that the market is a living space, and the most important this is to learnt from our mistakes, there are reasons why people sell some of their stash, for me I think the mistake you made is selling all your portfolio at once, you scale out and scale in
When we takes decision, sometime it will right and somtime it will wrong. and in the crypto market i think all depends on market condtions . so do your analysis and then take decision you will find good results. so don,t disappoint with yourself
Yeah, dont blame yourself for your loss. Just be patient to everything you do and blessings come in the right time, maybe not this time but soon, it will surely come. God planned everything to us, so dont lose hope because great things will happen despite of your loss. If you are complicated with your decisions, share your problem with your families or friends maybe they can help. Just remember to think carefully before you take an action or decisions.

Trading is all about speculation, Don't blame yourself , and we are lucky when it goes as well as we expect, but when it is the opposite, we feel we have made the worst mistakes. I've lost some lately, but I always believe the best. This is an experience.
Most of us have done something stupid in our life. There is nothing you can do about it now but to grow and learn from your mistake and never do something stupid like that ever again. If there is anything that I learned from cryptocurrency is to be patient. Patience pays off in the end when dealing with cryptocurrency. Making harsh decisions only leads to poor judgement and in the end regrets with the move you made.

I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.
This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.

Honestly you are not the only one in this case. There are many who fail to make the right decisions in investing to lose a lot of things. Crypto is full of surprises. We must prepare with another surprise, whether it is good or bad. I am also still an amateur in terms of trading crypto coins. From here, all of us can learn that it takes more patience and also experience. The more experience, the better the ability to analyze and predict.
I hate that feeling but I think that anyone that's been in this market for a while has experienced it. For example. I bought ZRX at ICO and sold it at around $.15. Still made money but right after it went on a huge run and all I could do is sit and watch. Also, look at the price now.
That's the way it is. I think that's what makes you love this industry. I do not know what made you decide. I can only say, sometimes we win, sometimes we learn.

Being new in trading once, I also able to experience the same but this should be a lesson learned the next time around. However, about the total money this trader lost in this investment, I think it is a huge amount for those who are newbie to trading.
Honestly, I think this trader should to trade with small amount of money first instead of trade with many money like that.
I guess all of us has issues one or another when it comes to the trading and to the investing of cryptocurrencies. The only thing that we can really do is to learn from our mistakes and be sure that we can be better in terms of analyzing this stuff and making rational decisions. Remember as always said invest only with the amount that you are willing to lose.
Doing some research can make your life easier and also doing this term you can avoid being scam or just wasting time so you can know what you will do it you are going to continue or not and also take profits and cut some loss
Eh not everyone could do that. Like I said, it's easy to talk like that but in reality, it's difficult to do that. Even everyone posts this kind of thing, couldn't even do that or at least just never do trading. It takes a long time to make yourself understand with this kind of problem and yeah as long as you can handle it, it should be fine. 
Everyone here certainly does a thing which they regret. Just like me, im very disappointed for doing a panic selling. I lost my calm and my mind cant decide well. But as long as you learned from your previous mistake you are still okay. Lets move on and remember the lesson from your mistakes

in trading, regret is a permanent temptation, but is completely useless: you took decision on some info, and that's all. You just need to be cold and strong. Traiding is only for 2% of people, 98 is just a game, where they loose money

The is never the end for you, you have better things than this, to achieve in crypto.
