You get "NO CONNECTION" because after the last snapshot the tangle has changed and the previous doesn't work anymore.
Install versione 2.5.3 and retry, starting with the old seed.

dont panic first check at bitfinex they need sometimes 12hours+ to send it away, and if ur transaction went thru and ur balance is still zero its just an bug, just keep ur seed safe u will be able to recover it later.
i highly recommend that u never give ur seed away bro!

haha let him post the key and give him a lesson for his life. 3 gi are maybe worth 5 digits soon.
people should never invest in something they dont understand or if they are not willing to understand it
this network is still in alpha/beta mode and you SHOULD expect that things are not always working 100% as expected. dont panic and learn about the possible reasons and move on. it is very unlikely that the funds are lost or even impossible unless someone has your seed or you have send to the wrong address
