Buying new listed tokens on the exchange is also a good practice. After all, the risk of investing in ICOs is very high. After listing, you cannot know what your investment ICO will look like. Is it above or below the ICO price? But after the listing, you can decide based on the price you want to buy it. Of course, the cost will be higher, but compared to safety, I think this strategy is better than direct investment in ICO.

Good Day guys, just searching for an alternative way to invest my money to,
so the question is, is buying new listed token(token that just ended ICO) to an exchange profitable? do many of you do that? would you recommend doing that? or should I buy on their ICOs?

I recommend you watch out for the ICOs you want to invest on. Then when the coin or token gets released in the market, invest on the token you want to buy. The usual things that happen is that when the token gets released in the market, price plummets and everyone sells the token to below ICO price.

usually ico price will drop when listing in a market. it is better to buy it at presale ico only. and when the listing can be sold or in hold depending on the price itself.

This is true for the majority of tokens / coins, but not for all. As far as I remember, Cardano didnt have a big fall after ICO, as well as growth.

I think so because they are new and they can give you more popularity than the other coins that are not new.

I don't think this is a good choice. The current market continues to be at a low point and new projects are likely to collapse. So I think the risk of investing in them is very large. Long-term investment in the top 10 cryptocurrency may be a better choice.

Yes, its very profitable especially if you invested coin that is still below $1 and that certain coin has great potential. Its just a matter of luck I think to chose the right coin for it. Sometimes you get the wrong choice aand selected the wrong coin and lost but just keep trying though.

Sometimes its profitable to buy newly listed coins because the price can soar when listed. For me I think participation in ICO is the best because you will get huge bonus on what you purchase so you can sell the bonus when it hit exchange.

New listed coins are often dumped when they are listed on decentralized exchanges the first day, especially if it has high bonus for presale.
It is a good strategy to buy it then.
But you should be cautious to avoid scam coins.
that's good startegy. I often buy tokens at DEX because the price at the beginning of the first listing is cheaper than the ICO price. I usually buy only tokens that have good porspek, I usually buy in etherdelta or forkdelta

Yes, I think this year's investment in the new platform is very popular. You can watch them more and find your favorite investment. The profits are very rich. But I think you can't be greedy.

crypto-currencies are ultra-high risks. the standard recommendation of all professional financial consultants about crypto currency is: no more than 2% of the portfolio. first of all, it is important to preserve capital. but it's up to you anyway.

If i were you then i'd prefer buying after listed on trusted exchanges rather buying on Pre-ICO which seems more profitable  but a bit complicated specially Scams are rampantly scattered these days unless you are sure about the credibility of the project!  Cool

I'm afraid not. You can take a look at the newly listed currency, which is just an initial rise, and then it begins to enter a continuous downtrend channel, and nobody knows when it will stop. So do not recommend you to participate.

If you want to buy coins during ICO period, it is profitable because that time companies offer discounts and bonus for purchasing their coins.
And if you want buy after ICO ends, then it is also profitable because at that time all bounty hunters sell their coins to get cash and i think that is the best time, when the coin is quite below from its original price.

buying newly listed coins are profitable when we pick those coins at the lowest dip and sell it at high price if we can follow this type of trading then we can expect profits

Find a coin that you think is sustainable, wait for the  distribution of bounty and participants will sell it cheaper by dumping it without regard to the development of the coin

Most times, buying a newly listed coin could be highly profitable but with the recent happenings in the market, I don't think it is profitable any more. Some coins, immediately they get listed, they are dumping badly. I have been burnt from such circumstance. Therefore, in general, I don't think it is profitable any more.

The coins that will be newly listed on the market will just instantly decrease its price to 50% and that is the reason why investing on it is much profitable more than in the day of an ico so i think that it will be profitable if you are going to hold it for long term invesmtent.

my experience, I often buy newly listed tokens in the market. (which is just ico ends), and I think it's profitable, but my advice before you buy the token is you should pay attention to the token price at the time of the ico and the tokens that already exist in the market, if the token is lower in the market than when the ico price, I sure, the token will provide benefits for you
