Anything that surpasses your capacity to control yourself and meddles your ordinary life or causes you a greater number of issues than benefits is a dependence. I figure exchanging may fit the bill for a few people.

This is nothing compared to drug addiction. Of course, a certain dependence can appear but not in such a strong form. Just because refusing to trade cryptocurrencies you after a while will not experience the craving for it. It's not gonna work with drugs.

Anything that exceeds your ability to control yourself and interferes your normal life or causes you more problems than benefits is an addiction. I guess trading may qualify for some people. Grin Grin

If you're fully engaged with crypto and you check CMC more than 5 times a day, check you portfolio at least 2 times a day, check news about cryptos multiple times a day or check into telegram groups more often than you check your text messages  :-) then you're addicted.

I think that you should always be able to trade with your head, do not forget about all otherworldly factors, and if you are not so strong in investment knowledge, it means better to study the market and not invest all your money.

I think it depends on someone who engages in crypto on how he or she handles the situation. If he considers it as gambling and addicted to it then he must use money that he can afford to lose so that he won't regret in the end.

I heard about a guy in Moscow, who jumped out of the window, because he lost all his money in crypto investments and trading. So, do we have a new free heroin here? Is it possible to get addicted to crypto?
I think this depends on the individual and how much hope he puts in crypto, I think for those that take it as their main job, it is very possible to become addicted but this doesn't mean you should commit suicide, though the market sometimes are frustrating but if you are patient, you will make reasonable profit when the market recover.

Yes, I think so as well. But it is very dangerous because a lot of people want to earn all money but it is impossible to do. Be easy and work in your pleasure.

For gambling men, cryptocurrency is as dangerous as casino or roulette. It seems to me that they may be much riskier cause people even sell their estate and cars to make money. I know some of these madmen.

A sad story, no one should die. It's not new heroin, it's new gold. At the time, on an upward trend, it was a real Golden licorice, everyone was talking about the cryptocurrency and how bitcoin suddenly increased. Now it's gone.

When you neglect health, friends, family, for something, it's clearly an addiction.
But sometimes, even hard work can be an addiction, there is plenty of workaholic.
So, if for you trading becomes more important than real life, take measures.

I don't think it is an addiction, but it can become serious if people invest more than they can. I think that might have been the cause, regardless it is very sad and I hope we see less of this.

It's anything but a fixation. It is simply one more approach to profit. The person who hopped out of the window did it since he lost him cash. Be that as it may, the exchanging accompanies its own issues: commit an error and you pay for it.

Of course, you are rewarded with dopamine and serotonin when your coins go up and you get profit. It can have the opposite effect when they go down though. But in this market, it is hard really to loose too much money overall if you are careful and diversify and try not to sell at a loss. Only invest what you can afford to lose. Be careful if you have addictive personality with your risk/reward ratio.

I think it's not, but people are so hyped about they are throwing too much money at it without knowing anything about crypto.

Trading is a drug by itself. Many at the beginning had to notice it. You are constantly checking your portfolio, update the graphics to see the rate of the coveted coin, and so on.

Cryptotrading will be addicting if you got many profits from it. You know how to makes gain from trading in the market.
Arbitrage trading is one of them. If you found the way to do arbitrage trading effectively, maybe it will become addiction.
