I buy at the market after ICO. The prices are lower even if you buy with bonuses on ICO.
Some coins are better to buy during ICO when you have researched on the project and you are sure that when the coin list you will make profit while some coins are gud to buy in the market when it has listed. My strategy for buying icos is that I buy coins that are below 6 cents cause most expensive icos dumps in the market
Sometimes the price go lower on the market because of the huge bonuses that the company gave to the first investors, anyway, this is not something important after all as long as you invest in the project.

If everyone instilled then purchasing on ICO is the best choice. Actually it has a very big risk, buy tokens before ICOs or before release in the market. However, when getting a profit, of course it can be very big and unpredictable .
