it has 2 advantages, first one if you bought a coin during ICO you can earn a bonus from it sometimes they give 15% bonus. The second one if you bought a coin during the market yes it is very cheap because of the price were going to drop because of the bounty hunters. It is up to you both are good.
Investors are afraid to buy tokens during an ICO these days because, it is very difficult to differentiate an ICO which is a scam and the real ones. They would rather wait for the coin to reach the market, then they can be sure of its authenticity and invest.
I will choose to buy when tokens / coins are included in the market list. I think it will be better, because I can monitor it in the market. So it will be more clear what I should do with the coins in the future.

And in my opinion if ICO is looking much better then surely it is much better for us that we should buy before ICO launch because we can make earnings easily if ICO will launch his coin .
Although ICO price offers cheaper, but Icertainly buying when they already at the market to avoid the scam that brought by other ICO that just a fraud, so less risk I think.
Buying tokens at the time of ICO now does not guarantee it will provide benefits even if they give bonuses. For me personally, I prefer to buy tokens when listed in the market.
it is good but you have to be sure that it's ico with good prospect not ico without any vision and love to make sure their ico succeed. Secondly if bonus given to investors is more than 60% it is a desperate ico wait till they probably exchange list it.

It is either of the two.Both ways are good as long as you are wise enough to chose what are promising coins or tokens to buy.When buying in ICO's, make sure to evaluate first,do some research about the project being launch and have some advertisements inorder to know if it is really worth buying or not.

but what if the coin is scam and wont be getting any price? not unless that ico is surely legit and has a solid background, then that is definetly beneficial to buy early because we already aware that early investors gets a lot of huge bonuses when compared to late buyers.
If you believe in potential of this coin, then of course ico is better. But sometimes it's just impossible because too many people take part in ico. In this case the only thing you can do is to buy it on exchanges.
If many people takes part on it , then that is a good sign that the ico will succeed and as a result , the coin will also have a good value after it gets listed on any online exchanges. therfore much better if you can buy it ealrlier rather than waiting.
Overall , it is still dependent. It depends on the ico because not all ico are good enough , i bet there were only few of them who has really a potential to boom.

I only buy from ICO, if i am very much sure that it is a good project and that it has a very good team that will work before and after ICO. If not, i would rather to buy when it has been listed.

Usually buying the pre ICO and ICO is better and more profitable than buying from market after the ICO, because the price is cheap during ICO and even sometimes you get bonus for your purchase. But you have to study carefully the project firstly because not all ICO projects are promising or giving valuable tokens.
Buying when the project is already on the Market is usually better, because we have more information about the project, how much investors are interested. But some projects are so good that reach hard cap and the token prices is a lot higher when they hit the market.
For me it is more better to buy during ICO because we can really get or we can really buy a coin in ico with a very low price that can be very high in the market if the ICO will became really sucessful and it will be more better if the project will reach there hardcap.

Buying during ICO will depend on how promising the project looks. But generally, it is somehow safe to buy on the market than buying at ICOs. This is because the project can easily collapse and might not be able to reach their desired amount they want to raise and may end up refunding your money. Some will just run with it.

There is no one rule. some Ico becomes cheap when they hit the market and some ico coin hit it big in the exchange, the only advantage buying in the ICO is the bonus you are going to get, some ICO offers as high as 50% bonus its like gambling for investors.
Buy, when it is low, sell, when it is high, isnt it all so simple? If I would like to trade, I think I will begind right from this
