Pre-ICO are always more profitable then market.According to statistic when token reach exchanges many people sell tokens and token price become lower then on ICO stage
My opinion is that investing in an ICO can be risky for you .
In my opinion, buying during ICO is preferred. You never would know in advance how the project will turn out or how the market would receive such project.
Finding and buying a good ICO will give you a better chance to evaluate your money. Finding a good ICO is very difficult, research shows the probability of your money being wasted, the possibility of being rich.
I think that it is safer to buy tokens after ICO because there are many scams or unsuccessful projects now.

Well from a personal level I would prefer to buy during I.c.o than to buy during market because you would be able to buy at the ico price rather than buy during market where most time its price goes above the ico price

this is true, some ICOs might seem legit especially if we base its value only on its whitepaper. it is much easier to wait for price action after the ICO stage, but the gains might not be as great, considering that we chose a good project. With Menlo One, an ICO marketplace project, this might all change if their team can pull it off. It is a decentralized ICO listing and rating platform which rewards honest reviews and penalizes false ones.. imo, this project will be a huge hit...

With Menlo Ones launch in a few months, I think it would be profitable and less risky to invest in ICOs. I checked their whitepaper https://www.menlo.one/ and found this project very much convincing.
