In the early days of ICO its a must buy in their ICO but now investors prefer to buy in the market or exchange, then buying from Ico because it's not profitable anymore because of the dumping that happens, but we cannot stop this people from dumping because different bounty hunters have different views on the token they are holding.

Yes, based on my expreience it is better to buy during ICOs because the market value of tokens is very cheap but we should be careful in choosing the legitimate project to invest to ensure profitability.

They both have their pros and cons. Buying at ICO is more on the quantity side because you bonuses when you bought at the ICO when the ICO reaches hard cap and soft cap. However it is more expensive there. Market prices tend to be cheaper than everything else.

Buying coins during is not a good choice considering that most of the ICOs project today are falling and some are scammed project which may risk investment capital of investors.
