I think you can not buy their tokens with a cheaper price on exchange site. It happens mainly due to huge amount of bonuses given in the pre-sale and the bounty rewards. It's profitable to buy a coin in pre-sale with bonus, but the price is bound to drop below the normal ICO price on hitting the exchange. It depends on the potential of a project. If it has a successful ICO, has the good review by the community

It is very good to buy during ICO. Cheap prices at that time and free bonuses awarded. The prices of of coins may reduces after ICO, but there are no bonuses attached. Not all coins decline after ICOs, most of them with a very good project even increase in price.

I like more to buy from the market rather than form ICOs, but if we will look from the economical side it is always better to buy on icos, the only thing that you need to analyze a lot about the project, before making decision to support project, because there are a lot of scams.

You are certainly correct. You are a bounty hunter at datarius and I even saw your name atop the spreadsheet list. Your concern in this matter is really a problem to many of the investors. Prices would often go down to a level even very low than the ICO price. I don't think though that it was the bounty hunter that causes the price to drop very low. It is the project itself that doesn't give much emphasis on building the trust and confidence of the investors. There is not a lot of work perhaps or the project isn't very much attractive such that people would even call it a scam. Datarius isn't a scam but a project that could have made a lot of impact if they have performed will with building the trust and confidence I have said. If their main product or service was only ready maybe they could have attracted more. But it took them so much of the time to work on it which causes some to just sell their coins. But I believe datarius can pull the trigger to reach their goals.

i think its not, I see a lot of investors are still investing during ico, and sometimes they do invest also when the coin is in the market because sometimes the price of the coin when it release in the market is getting cheaper.

This thing is just right with small and medium projects and must sell for a long time. But with big and well-know projects, people must rival to buy and it often ended just after a few hours, so with small and medium projects, you'd better buy when bounty hunters sell off

Based on my observation, I think its best to buy when the tokens are already listed in exchanges because usually their value is cheaper compared to their value during ICO. But sometimes, if the project has a lot of potential to be successful, the best decision is to buy during ICO because usually there are bonuses and discounts.
