I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

#Datariusyou can buuy during whateve r you want, hpnust read the condidtiokns relly carefully and that is all

I have long ceased to invest at the stage of ICO. At Etherdelta, coins appear immediately at a low price. There are projects whose prices for coins grow from the very beginning, but there are not so many of them.

The potential of the project itself is a measure of the standard. There are indeed many tokens that will be lower than the issue price on the first day of listing, but this is not necessarily the case, nor is it caused by bounty hunters. Compared to ICO, the tokens in the hands of bounty hunters are very small. So they can't do things like this. Therefore, when investing in ICO, you must carefully screen the project.

Everything depends on the perspective of the project. You also need to look at the discounts during the ICO. Many investors buy tokens at a very low price and then sell it immediately after it enter the stock exchange.

It depends on what project tokens you want to buy. Best ICO with potential for huge returns on investment is the Trufield project ICO. This exciting project will revolutionize healthcare for millions of people. Trufield will provide free health data management systems in developing countries. The Pre-ICO is live and open to all investors, so buy your tokens at 25% discount. Buy Trufield token and learn more about the project here at http://Trufield.com or http://Trufield.io.

There are many tokens that are dumped below ICO price once they got listed on exchanges, especially decentralized exchanges.
So you can try buying tokens when it is distributed. You have good change to get it at discount prices.

It is safe to buy in the market after the ICO when all Tokens are dumped. I however choose to participate in ICOs and sell all immediately when coin launches on the exchange then set a buy target to buy extra more coins at a lower dip which will help me recoup some of my losses in case the coin  has dipped below its ICO price.

ICO obviously because they are cheaper or just wait for a crash. It depends on the potential of a project. If it has a successful ICO, has the good review by the community I think you cannot buy their tokens with a cheaper price on exchange site. Bounty hunters are smart guys, they can realize this they invest earlier and get the ICO on board. By research and study you can also predict that, I think Liven and Treon are my top picks as both are listing in late 2018 when the crash will be gone.

Now it is better to buy a coin on exchangers of course, almost all coins are falling in price. It's all because of the unstable bitcoin.

Well my response will be in two folds.

Have seen a project token that was sold at 1$ ICO prize and when this token get listed on exchange, it get dumped even far below the ICO price.  So those that bought during the ICO are already in great loss and terrible regret, that had they know, they would have buy when it hit the exchange.

On the other hand, have seen a token was sold at 0.7$ICO price and when this token begins its sale on it's own internal exchange, it was a bomb. Within a short while it has skyrocketed and no one could be able to buy it again unless those that are financially buoyant enough are those that could afford to buy with the price then. So to those that didn't buy during the ICO are in great regrets as well that had they know they would have buy some units during the ICO because when the trading kick starts, they couldn't afford it again.

In today's market it is better not to buy during ico, as many projects are traded below ico prices, for example Atonomi or Gonetwork.

Those programs who are offering airdrops are those who are gonna be below ICO price as soon as it reaches the market, but that is normal and it usually happens, so there is no need to be scared.

its better to buy during ICOs as the coins are certainly cheaper compared to when they enter exchanges. this is not always the case though. Scam ICOs have further killed peoples trust in buying during ICOs. Niw most investors prefer watching the coin after it has entered the exchange before making that decision.

Yeah probably there are so many bounty hunters that sels their token rewards immediately. It will make the price of the tokens more dumped. If you want to support some ico you should take the ico investment to get the price higher. Buying in market is good and just wait to see the price in the next moment.

People try to buy the coins during ICO due to bonuses they get and hoping for the coin to by hyped after ICO.
If the coin has already dumped it means that it is not popular among investors, so why should one buy it?
The only reason may be short-time speculation, but this may be risky.

That actually depends on how good the project in question turbs out to be at the end of ico, there were time when ico use to give x5 and above but recent ico rarely trade at ico price not to talk of giving profit.

There will be a big risk if you buy in the ICO because you will never know if the value will have a bull in the future. I think you need to know more information about the ICO you want to invest with like platforms, whitepaper and teams behind that ICO. For me, it is better to buy if the coin is already in the market because you will know the the volume and the future of this coin.
