Maybe it's true but I still don't understant why people are so hyped about Bitcoin whereas there are plenty of better cryptocurrencies, sometimes I can't grab the humain logic
Longterm Bitcoin will far exceed ethereum. Ethereum is more volatile so in the long run go with bitcoin
If you already a millionaire go invest on bitcoin without hesitation and you will be billionaire in few years. Or if you think your not that person just go for eth. Before the price is going out of your hand.
For me, I'm only believe in Bitcoin. Ethereum is also the best altcoin and it has a good potential in the future too but in my opinion Bitcoin will be always King of cryptocurrency world and all other altcoins can't take this place from Bitcoin in at least next 30 - 50 years I think so I only invest in Bitcoin all the time. But at this time price of Bitcoin is really high so I feel that it's difficult for Bitcoin to go farer if no special thing will happen and affect to Bitcoin price.
If you are saying that the price is too high and you can't invest, then remember you don't need to own one whole bitcoin. You can buy fractions of a bitcoin and invest on it. You can also trade with those bitcoin. And about the price rise, it will keep on rising. As new crypto users or investors increases, demand for bitcoin will increase thus causing the price to go up.

I choose the bitcoin for long term investment. As what you see between the two, bitcoin price continuously increase while the ethereum from 0.14 eth to 0.05 something will cause to the investor of huge loses of money. Unlike in bitcoin that from hundred dollars to thounsand dollars that this time gives a huge profit.

If the price of BTC is higher than ETH it does not mean that it has less potential grow at a faster pace than ETH..
It depends on the individual adoption rate in their respective fields.
BTC is gaining super good adoption with real estates(Dubai), hardware (Iran), Tax Payments (Swiss) .. even citizenship payments.. the list goes on...
ETH's demand is fueled by the ICOs and this is not necessarily a bad thing.. If ICOs are regulated and monitored (like they are starting to be in some geographies), its a good thing as this will boost investor confidence and therefore the demand for ETH..
Therefor the prices are directly proportional to the adoption rate and not the current price as there is plenty of room for growth for both. At present literally Sky is the Limit and you should invest in what you would like to support and you can support both in proportions of your educated guess .. Also understand the risks and have some mitigation plans..

You can actually invest both if you like. But the acceleration of Bitcoin value is faster than any other alt coins. Ethereum is one of the top next to Bitcoin so its not bad if you invest some to ethereum or Lite Coin etc.
what Bitcoin has achieved so far makes everyone want to invest with Bitcoin, and slowly eterium also begins to handle the value or price that makes everyone interested in investing,
so there's no harm in investing both.

The real question now is Ethereum or NEO ? It seems that NEO have many advantages that Ethereum doesn't have (like more programming languages, transactions number etc...)

Why don't you choose both? Bitcoin and ethereum are good for a long term of investment and do have a future that may result for a higher price.
if you look at the graph between cryptocurrencies profit in a year, you will see:
1. Bitcoin gained the most because Bitcoin gained great confidence and liquidity - hardfork versions
2. Ethereum ranked second for future technology - smartcontract
3. Some atlcoin, as Ripple, Dash, Litecoin

This depends on your plan and on the risks you are willing to take.
Bitcoin is the first crypto currency. It is Bitcoin.
If you want to stay safe then go for BTC and see your money accumulate.
On the other hand if you like to take risks and believe in ethereum then go for it and invest into it.
I would really recommend to read into both of those coins/platforms and then decide based on your new knowledge.

Investing in bitcoin is more profitable than investing in ethereum, as ethereum is right now constant in price but bitcoin is skyrocketing.
If I had to choose to invest, I would rather invest in Bitcoin, because Bitcoin has proven to be very good in the future, compared to ETH, because the ETH still does not look good for the future, although many new ICOs come with ETH. because I'm not so sure ETH will grow in the future.
Ethereum will grow I believe dramatically after its hard fork and when introduce PoS.

If I had to chose from either Bitcoin or Ethereum I would say eth is your best bet. It would grow at a much higher pace and Bitcoin is already seeing record breaking gains.
Ethereum could be one of the best investments but If you are more risk averse you can go with Bitcoin or some combination of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Bitcoin is significantly less volatile but has less upside potential.
