in the modern day today,being master degree have confidence to acquired the great opportunity than people less of education,,aside from that due to the economy today have increased, and also competation among potenials employee of the global crissis,,if you not aquired the master degree, you belong to the limited opportunities offered in the society today...
It's not neccesary but if you want a decent job with a decent salary you're going to need those degree.
for me no need to have master degree as long as you have batchelor degree. What is important is you've finish any kind of course.
Learning and studying are very important for our life, we can improve and advance the quality of life through studying. Learning is not only in school or college, there are many places to learn and gain knowledge. However, now days there are many jobs or even almost all jobs requires and seeks for professional man, and it requires such as diploma or master degree. When we are asked about that questions, it depends on the individual. If we have good and special skills to gain the job, it is probably do not need the master degree.
I think all forms of educational progression are important on a macro scale. For me it would depend on my industry and wether or not a masters will advance you further than the time out of work you will miss due to the masters
I would say that, in some fields, a Master's degree is crucial (e.g. legal profession, natural sciences) but in others it may not be (Business, Economics, Media). It honestly depends on the requirements for being hired in professional positions in your field. If it is not a requirement to have an Advanced degree and you can access the same positions through professional experience, go for it.
I have to wonder if an advance degree of any kind is worth while. Now days I think that education needs to teach critical thinking and how to perform detailed research. If you know how to think through a problem and have the ability to use the Internet, you can find information on just about any subject, issue, project or task you have. Need to change brakes, check the Internet, need the answer to a complicated math problem, check the Internet, need to know how to deliver a baby, check the Internet. If you can think and use the internet, I don't think you need an advanced degree for 90% of the stuff you will encounter on a daily basis.
A master's degree is a very good tool to have in your arsenal especially if you are just starting with your career, though it does not always define everything about success.

The key word here is SALARY. If you want to look for a job it may be important, but if you're a businessman yourself that isn't waiting to get employed by someone else, your degree does not matter. I have my degree, but it didn't earn me any money. In the last 10 years it maybe paid for itself, but that's all. I only got back the money spent on education and I doubt that I will ever double this sum in my life. I know wealthy people with many businesses who made money by working since high school. When I was losing money and time on education they were starting their own companies.
Ofcourse it's needed and important too. It's a stair of life. Only education can change the nation. Master degree is the highest education system of a country. Nobody can change his status in this modern life without the education. A master degree is the first class position in the society.

The importance of master degree depend on the job requirement. It can be important in corporate ladder as company do look at education level. However, it is just one of the criteria. Company also look for experience and personality and decide if the candidate fit the company.

If you can get a good knowledge and skills through master degree, than it is important. Otherwise, it is like any mass industry, there are good things and bad things. Now days, everybody has master degree, so it does not give you competitive edge any more.

Since you want to have a high paying job and the companies giving those jobs require it. Now you say that you see people getting hired even if they don't have a Master's degree. Well, they could get in a company without a Master's degree but then again their salary would be much less than a person who has it.
I do think it is important but it depends. For example, you want to attain a higher position in your company. Some positions require a certain experience or degree for you to be qualified. But if it isn't your goal then it's alright, too.
