In nowadays the system of education is changing becoming a rear easy and soft. The way of studies now is almost through internet. The gain knowledge is not too much information. Master degree is one of the requirements that must obtain by many educated person especially the elite. If you have a master degree you are easy to be accepted in the job.
Do you think that master degree is important? I see that many companies nowadays ask for a master degree but still I know many people who had a job without it. Do you think it is essential?
You know what you already have the answer to your question after saying that Many companies are asking about the masteral degree. We can't disregard master degree just because there are people who doesn't have masteral but still they job. Remember that as much as you have high education then you have that big opportunity than the other.

Yes masters degree is important it is your tool for everything in all aspects and you can find a higher salary and job
If you are going to talk about credentials, it is a very good advantage especially when you are planning to push teaching- education specifically. Also, I think it also depends if a person wanted to have more learning's and focus on his specialization though there are only few companies and industries will only consider that nowadays. These companies I think have highs standardization of their line of work with high compensation at the same time.
Well It all depends. Some companies accepts those who didnt attained high education. Some of them relies on the skills, experience, and attitude. However, for a better future and position well its not important. coz its a MUST for you to have a masters degree. So that you can showcase your skills, experience and attitude without limitations.
In my opinion it is not really important unless you're work requires you yo have a master's degree.
In my country we value our education and Master Degree is not necessarily. Bachelor's degree is the highest attainment that i've achieve. if i'm younger than yesterday i could study Master Degree.
I think that in today's world it is not so important. When you have a skill that is currently necessary on the market the experience is much more important. Sometimes Master Degree is usefull, but generally the employer looks what you did and what projects you have finished. I know some people with Master Degree that struggle on the job market and people with Engineering Degree that perform very well.
In my opinion is master degree is important, YES it is because here in our county if you work in the governement offices, if you want to go to a higher position you must need a masteral degree or even a doctoral degree. And for me taking masteral or doctoral is important because it not wrong to learn more and more, continue to learn in school. Yes experience is a best way of learning but theres a certain knowledege that the school can give to you.

Masters degree is an advantage but it doesnt mean that if you dont have degree you cant get any job, maybe you can get a job but its simple job only. If we can get masters degree it is better, so we can get a job with our degree.
It may be important to some specially if it is a requirement for their career like promotion or application for a job. But for me, it is not an assurance that having a master's degree is you will earn a lot after finishing that degree.
I can say that 70% master degree is important.

It really depends on what do you want to do in life. If you want to be in the academe, then it is really necessary. Some jobs also need a masters degree to be promoted. If you are stable and your field of work does not warrant a master degree, then an undergraduate degree is fine.

I agree. But the scenario is changing rapidly. The employers are no longer giving much importance to the educational qualification of the job aspirants. On the other hand, they are looking more in to the skill set, character and the communication abilities. A lot of students in colleges get admission as a result of affirmative action. So the degrees doesn't necessarily mean that they are very bright.

It all actually depends on the person's perspective. There are people who think that attaining master's degree is irrelevant, since they can be successful without it. There are some who thinks that it is one of the most important in having a good career. There are also people that just want to achieve it for self fulfilment. So, you just have to identify which one you are.
It's not but it has a good advantage on landing a good job easily. Here in our country, the main qualifications to have a position in our government is a master degree and certainly his salary and bonuses are 2-3x than the average.
