For me, Yes it is important, having a masters degree can help you find better job, more chances of promotion. Just like here in our country, we can be a proffesor in college only if we are a masters degree holder. Another example is that, if we are a Teacher I, we can not be promoted as Teacher II, III and so on and so fort if we are not a masters degree holder.

It is important because of the master degree that you got you won't easily get stepped by other people , because you have the degree , and it's is essential , to have more opportunities to come . Every company judges a person through education and the title for selection, my personal experience that the title is only for the beginning. Next is a mental attitude and determine you.
