Yes i think this is good time because lot of investors are coming in to ICOs and hard caps are reaching so quickly. So now its best time to invest their and earn good money in 2019 when the crash will be no more. Just take a look at projects like Treon, Ubex and Liven. These are my top picks from the upcoming ICOs.

There is never a bad time to invest in ICOs but the problem is where to invest. We all know that ICO will give us more returns than bitcoin in the short term, but do we all know where to invest? No! Had we all known this, we all would have been millionaires by now.
It is a very risky bet to invest in an ICO. Even if the project looks good it ends up falling. I remember buying Hero token for 5$ a piece, and its current price is less than 1$. That project had raised 40mn$ and still failed.

yes i think you can get it now, because ICO project token also the price is still low, so i believe that you will get more profit with you waiting for higher price.

Why I like ICOs so much? Basically it's a free money. You put some ethereum into it, wait few months and get a solid 30-150% profit for doing nothing. The risk is pretty small if you research well and only stick with top ICOs and avoid small town scams with shady actors.
When BTC is going nowhere, ICO is pretty good way to park some of the portfolio.

Market seems to be recovering a bit. I have been following Stellar and Stellar-related tokens. Stellar is on the rise because of the prospective Coinbase listing. Up by more than 50% from the level a week ago, and it will continue for sure.

Just too low profile so far, but it definitely is a hidden gem in my opinion.

Of course one has to diversify between tokens, not to put the eggs in one basket, but this one looks to be worth the risk with presale price 0.4 XLM 50% less than the ICO price later, so together with the underlying Stellar price going up, looks to be like a sure winner, gains soon in pocket I believe. And I do a lot of research on these projects, so I believe this one is a good bet. Following some EOS related projects too along with other Stellar projects, maybe finding some there too.
