POW is NOT a scam. The price was down because of some scumbags are trying to drive the price very low so they can bought POW at very low prices. Eventually POW will goes up, especially when the 'Bridge' between POW lite and ERC20 is connected.

You are very lucky! My 60,222 POW "LITE" are only 0.92 USD worth. You must have got a much higher quality POW Llite or your wallet is magic. If you want I can sell you all my 60,222 for just 1000 USD, perhaps in you wallet they become 85000 USD.
I don't know about the POW tokens that much I have been hearing very much about it. POS tokens which sound similar to POW is the only token I know and currently have and it has low value. The airdrop gave you like 300k coins really that kinda sounds a bit suspicious, I have seen no airdrop distribution such a big amount of tokens to just a single individual

when I registered and claimed, I got 67248 tokens but all token were backed to POWtoken Free POW Allocation in another transaction as seen in screenshot after 10 minutes.

People should look on the vocabulary before using words. The word "scam" implies that you get ripped off your money, which cannot really happen with an airdrop.
As i know, POW team not airdrop POW token, they airdrop POW "lite" which will be convert to POW token with ... ratio. The price 850$ is just POW price at some time, so i have down lots since this airdrop start.
It's not a scam, the tokens are given away for free to increase mass adoption of crypto, that's why they are using twitter and facebook instead of airdropping to bitcointalk users only, to get new people interested in crypto.
If you read their FAQ on the site it's all explained there. And about OP getting 800$ worth of POW for free, that price was the etherdelta trading price, and since most of the POW is currently still POW lite, it would be insane to think that after the transfer from lite to the chain it will be worth the same.
It's free and not a scam, they are one of the few tokens with an airdrop that makes sense.

Yes, it is clearly a scam, and to protect everyone who has understood that this is a scam I am ready to receive all your lite POW tokens which supposedly could be very for dangerous for you to keep. PM me in private for instructions on how to get safely rid of your scam POW tokens.
I don't agree with you at all. How can you even label a free token as a scam? The funny thing is that it has not even hit the exchanges yet and people are already calling it a scam. I received a substantial number of my coins myself and I plan on HODLING them if they have kind of value to begin with. Even if it turns out to be a scam at the end, what do I have to lose apart from a few minutes of my time?
