It's not a theft on my personal opinion for which it returns regularly to every person. Government use our collected taxes to build and repair infrastructure that we need. Tax is also use to every project of the government. The collected tax is thrown to different fields, research, armory (army), donations (donated to disasters survivors), education, infrastructure (includes roads, bridges and repairs), and lending (public lending of money with little income). So to the Government must use it well maximize the collection of tax. It's like our money will be back by means of the government's services to us. One good example, our money will be back by means of government securing our safety.

So sad that you believe that only government can do these things. Even sadder that their propaganda has worked so well.

Bribes and commissions form the lion's share of the revenue for the politicians. Their proper salary, which is sourced from the tax money is only a small fraction of their overall annual revenues.

Politicians do not depend. They are all thieves, without exception. It's human nature and probably cannot be blamed for it. If we were in their place and had the opportunity to become millionaires most likely acted in the same way. All depends on the people who vote for thieves and don't control them then.

but look, if it's done right, tax can help improve the country and it's cities. Imagine if everyone is paying their taxes and then you can ue that money to help upgrade the local hospital of childrens playground, rework the pawement, etc... But usually that's not the case and also, high taxes make people avoid them, like the luxury tax or income tax.

Well if we could say that all are paying taxes but the problem is the government if they are not using it for good it just they are using it for useless projects and also they are corrupt the taxes that we paid is not back to us. Tax is for improvement for the country thats the reason why we pay tax but the problem is if the government is corrupt so that is the biggest problem how do they improve the country

I do think the problem starts with the government. Taxes are supposed to be used to conduct projects that would improve the community. But government official uses it to support their selves and to get their pockets fat.

Yes it is, but what we can do about it, nothing that I can think of, so the only thing you can do is to pay your taxes, but try to lower your taxable income as much as you can.
