I think not just ETH which follow BTC price, it's because BTC is the coin that dominance crypto market. But few days ago BTC pump and only few alt that pump to. And even ETH doesn't pump when BTC pump. Idk what happen, but it proven that ETH price will not always follow BTC.

From what I have noticed, till now there hasn't been a single occasion where the ETH prices went up when the BTC prices crashed. So I have to say that you are right when you claim that the ETH exchange rates are dependent on that of BTC.

Yes. The value of the market is proportional to the growth of the bitcoin. however, at some point. It will not have good movement. for example, after a hacker problem with ETH. Its growth rate is very modest in the same cycle of the market.

The price of ethereum will always ve dependent to bitcoin because bitcoin is recognized as referrenced value by all altcoins in the coin market cap, bitcoin has large value of all the altcoins that is why it is used as equivalent to all altcoins in the cryptoworld.
Yes i agree with you but its not just likited to ethereum, actually all balues of altcoins is dependent on the situation bitcoin is on. Everything that will happen to bitcoin will happen to the altcoins too.

The operation of Ethereum depends on the BTC and the market, but the strongest impact is Bitcoin. This year Bitcoin hit 5k ETH also fell below $ 400. And when the market went down, investors worried about their return and moved back to the US dollar, which made BTC fall down and ETH also dropped to half its value.
Bitcoin and Ethereum will develop in parallel

In my opinion, no, the current BTC price is separate from the ETH, while the BTC is increased to the ETH, which indicates that the ETH price is no longer dependent on the BTC.
I think ethereum always follow the movement of bitcoin prices, when the market price of bitcoin drops then ethereum also decreased in price.
so bitcoin is the parent of all altcoin.

If you look at the general price movement since the autumn of last year, then you will not find any special differences. ETH had its own way only at the beginning of the year. Can there be any drastic changes now. I do not think so.

Since bitcoin is the common basis for every value of altcoin on the market, the price of bitcoat affects all crypto-isolation. When the bitcoin price decreases, other coins will also fall backwards.

Most people have the mindset that the price of ethereum rises with bitcoin and vice versa. How true is this?
it is true, the coher ethereum price is currently being equated with bitcoin and may be successful because nowadays many people are using ethereum like bitcoin because, I also think that ethereum has a good quality coin which is also good with bitcoin and is good for long term investment so do not be afraid to invest in ethereum.
Most of the time this is the case, of course, when ETH has some problems, it will also affect the price of bitcoins. They all interact with each other.

As we know that Bitcoin can be regarded as the king of digital coins, so if the bitcoin price goes down / up it could affect other coins including Ethereum coins as well. We can see in last month's incident when bitcoin prices dropped, affecting the price of other coins (including Ethereum) to fall down.

I think that now the price of any altcoin is dependent on bitcoin. I do not know how long it will last, but this dependence is.

I think the price of the two coins is indeed interrelated, but the ETH price looks more dependent on the price of Bitcoin. It seems that because bitcoin is ranked first and ETH is ranked second, so both are interrelated.

The price of Ethereum depends on the price of bitcoin. This is due to the fact that the price of bitcoin indicates the level of trust in cryptocurrencies.

As for me, the price of any altcoin depends on the price of BTC. Everyone noticed the regularity at which, during the fall of bitcoin, alts fall even more. And vice versa.

I think not only eth but other altcoin are affected by bitcoin. Bitcoin is the most popular token and having the biggest influence  into crypto world and the belief of people into it. It is so famous and strong that btc itself can represent for the world market, at least for this moment, so of course eth is affected withou exception
