I recently found one of the best upcoming ICO called lccx.io - looks like promising exchange based in London. Well developed white paper, experienced team, located in politically stable jurisdiction.
ICO'S now are more scam than its usually was. Value after ICO decreases to almost 50% from the ICO. make a safe investment in ICO cause some are very promising and will end up with scam. Please be careful now because it is also the cause that coins with potential didnt get what its supposed to reach.

ICO's are tricky to invest into. In the long run no one knows what will happen with ICO platforms or projects. We might just see some great projects coming our way in the start but afterwards some of them could turn into scams while some of them could become unprofitable after your investment. Off course the risks are always there and you will never know from which side it will hit ya!
Its not about the low prices by the way and that has got nothing to do with the individual ICO projects. Its all about their development and how they launch themselves in the market in the later stages.

I highly recommend you invest only if team can show, how they can use token immediately for working business. Rest is under very big pressure from both sides - community and regulators IMHO better to wait for some stability in a market. It's too hard time now. If you want to invest try to get in only in top ICO's.
Agree with you now it is only good time invest in good and top ICOs . They still can give you good profit after listing on exchange. Yesterday Apex was listed for the first time, and it started to trade x2.5 in NEO from ICO price.
I think its good to invest in icos, only problem you need to choose projects where they really have coin and code in github and not some idea scam .

sorry, I think you'd better wait until the market is fully recovered, even though you have to wait for more time to take this for your own financial security, especially now that prices are not well defined, I'm afraid when investing is forced something unexpected happens, namely the existence of hacking action that may result in lost digital assets of the master. 
IMHO better to wait for some stability in a market. It's too hard time now. If you want to invest try to get in only in top ICO's.
True success comes after a product is launched. However, I can almost see the wonder that exists within GIG9! I think this is one of those ICOs that going to makes waves in the market so I suggest you join me in investing.
Why can you be sure the ICO you say is good. I think you should provide proof that ICO GIG9 is good and has the potential in the future. We can not invest in non-potential ICO projects.
i think it is ,eth is stable in 360-420$ this is the bottom of ETH , so it is a good time to invest in ICO.
I have not seen that many interesting projects now a days but i have to study about the new projects once again, but there are many coins in the market right now where you can enter and if you are able to invest for the long term, this is the right opportunity because the price is really good for investment as most of the coins are well below their ICO amount.

I feel like most of the top 20 have something to offer, and others have already mentioned them. But my personal favorite is gig9, and nobody has mentioned it. It seems like they already have a solid concept and they've been on the road constantly telling businesses about it. Gig9 is going to sneak up on everyone and suddenly be a serious competitor that very few saw coming.
Nowadays during this market conditions the only way to make profit in $ is investment in different ICOs. For example some hype projects can bring you 5-10x right after the token will be listed on exchanges.
You can always invest in ICO. This can give you a big profit. If you have enough experience in this, then this is what you need. But you need to remember that there is always a risk of losing your money.

yes you are right I think this is the right time to invest in ICO because of the current price of Etehreum and bitcoin the price is still very cheap and suitable to buy and invest in a good ICO.
Investing into ICO is not a big deal but investing in the Right ICO is the bottom line as we can find many ICO and everyday you will find one or the other new ICO so it's better to choose the right ICO to invest instead of being carried away by their marketing segment.
ICO investing? shut up mate its so big deal since we need to scan them up to find which ICO is better one, remember? there are so many ICO scams for past and present events and we might gonna hit up if we just invest without getting a proper knowledge about them. So its wise and much truly better if we search first before we act on investing at ICO's.
